When Matt Parkman discovers Future Peter's identity, Peter sends Matt to Botswana.
The Butterfly Effect
Matt blisters in the sun, has a scorpion crawl across his face, and meets a turtle. He meets Usutu, who tells him he needs to go on a spirit walk.
One of Us, One of Them
Matt learns of Usutu's paintings and sees a bit of what his future should have been and what it will become. In Usutu's hut, he eats a substance, puts on a Walkman, and his eyes glaze over.
Dying of the Light
