Darryl Chan is a prolific stunt actor. He has performed as a stunt double in television shows (Alias) and films (Last Mountain, Planet of the Apes, Dragon: The Bruce Lee Story, Double Impact), coordinated stunts for films (Mortal Kombat: The Journey Begins, Kill Squad), and done other stunts for television (24, Monk, V.I.P., Nash Bridges, Martial Law, Buffy the Vampire Slayer) and films (Rush Hour, Pirates of the Caribbean: At World's End and Dead Man's Chest, Collateral, Planet of the Apes).

Among others, Darryl has been the personal trainer for Brandon Lee (The Crow), Lou Diamond Phillips (Courage Under Fire), Ron Livingston (Band of Brothers), Anthony Michael Hall (The Dead Zone), and Lauren Hutton (Missing Pieces).

Additionally, Darryl had small acting roles in television (Watch Over Me, Robbery Homicide Division, She Spies) and films (Rent, Jade, Knight Club, Stage Ghost).

Trivia

Darryl was nominated for a 2002 Taurus Award for his work in the finale fight scene of Planet of the Apes.
