As Officer White begins dispatching officers to handle local incidents, Nathan tells him that they're all related to the virus and they need to put the city under quarantine, but to no avail. Officer White is a commanding officer at the Odessa Sheriff's Department, as seen in an alternate ending to Powerless on the Season Two DVD.
Character History
Powerless
After the Shanti virus is released by Adam Monroe, Nathan tries to get a much-skeptical Officer White to put a blockade around Odessa to prevent the virus from spreading to other cities. As Officer White begins dispatching officers to handle local incidents, Nathan tells him that they're all related to the virus and they need to put the city under quarantine, but to no avail.
