When Venson was a teenager, his father had a massive heart attack which led to prolonged hospitalization. After having spent a month in the hospital with his condition not getting much better, Tyler was overwhelmed with emotions he couldn't control, leading to the first manifestation of his ability. He propelled an EMP throughout the hospital, deactivating all electronically based mechanisms. This killed his father as well as 4 other terminally ill patients in the hospital. |
