Tadao Tomomatsu is the American film and television actor who portrays Detective Furakowa.
About
Tadao Tomomatsu is a character actor who portrays Japanese citizens, and is best know for his role as "Mr. Shake Hands Man" on the TNT series Banzai. He has also appeared in small roles in the movies Inspector Gadget, Godzilla, and Independence Day. He has also worked as a production assistant on the television shows Friends and Family Feud, as well as the movie Volcano.
Tadao is well known in the California Science Fiction Fan community, and helps to organize many west coast conventions. He is an active member of the "Los Angeles Science Fantasy Society", the oldest continuously operating science fiction club in the world, and can regularly be found in attendance at their North Hollywood headquarters.
