Tavara is known to have been an only child. Her ability seems to have manifested at a young age - several incidents marred her elementary school years, and before she completed the second grade she was pulled out of the public education system altogether. Tavara's childhood leading up to her teenage years is a completely unknown factor - her parents did not discuss their child at work, to the point where most individuals who knew the elder Tavaras socially did not know they had a daughter at all. Attempts to locate extended members of the Tavara family have proven uniformly unsuccessful.

In 1967 a sixteen-year old Tavara murdered her first known victim, Ida May Walker. It is believed to be at this time that Tavara discovered her ability extended to taking the posthuman abilities of other Specials, and began actively seeking more abilities. [Sentences Omitted: Classified] Tavara was believed to be deceased for some time following this incident, but repeated sighting in Europe in the late 1980s alerted the founders that Tavara was in fact very much alive.

Recent evidence has emerged that prior to her encounter with founding members of the Company, Tavara met and may even have been mentored by Adam Monroe. If this evidence is correct, this apprenticeship occured before Monroe's befriending of the Company founders. [Sentences Omitted: Classified]

Much of Tavara's activities remain unconfirmed, but it is strongly suspected that she is the assassin who recently murdered Founder 11. It is also believed that Tavara may have recently returned to the United States following a long period spent largely in Europe. Agents are advised to take maximum precaution if encountering Tavara, and to never engage her alone.

Intensely traumatic experiences experienced during the formative years in conjunction with the early manifestation of her powerful ability are believed to have warped the subject's fundamental view of herself and others around her. As the subject has not been psychologically analyzed and much of her early history is speculative, much of our psychological data is suspect as well. However, it is strongly suspected that the subject has developed a psychological dependence, and perhaps even a physical dependence, upon her ability. Our biologists theorise that with extended usage of her ability, the subject may not even require physical sustenance, substituting the life force she absorbs from other living beings in its place.

Though she has exhibited antisocial and even psychopathic tendencies, the subject has also exhibited manipulative qualities as well as an ability to work with others when it suits her interests. Having had forty years with which to absorb other abilities, the full extent of the subject's capabilities are unknown and she may well be one of the most powerful evolved humans on the planet. For this reason, she could be considered an extremely dangerous threat.

Finally, it should be noted that while the subject is well into her fifties, physically she appears to have maintained the body of a significantly younger woman. It is unknown if the subject's ability entails some sort of repression from aging or if she has absorbed a secondary ability that would account for this Faustian longevity. The subject may have healing capabilities as well and Company agents are advised to use lethal force if she is encountered.
