• Noah Bennet -- Eli knocks Noah out by hitting him across the face with a sniper rifle and drags him into the carnival. (The Art of Deception)

• Matt Parkman -- Many Eli clones pin Matt to his kitchen counter. One of the clones kicks him in the kneecap. The clones attempt to kill him, but disappear after Peter and Sylar knock the Prime out. (Brave New World)
• Peter Petrelli -- Eli and his clones surrond Peter and Sylar in order to stop them from stopping Samuel, but Peter and Sylar defeat them, knocking out the Prime. (The Wall), (Brave New World)
• Tracy Strauss -- Many copies of Eli shoot Tracy. (Prodigals, Part 1), (Reaching Out, Part 2)
• Samuel Sullivan -- On his orders, Eli shoots Samuel in the shoulder to make him seem like a victim. (The Art of Deception)
• Sylar -- Eli and his clones surrond Sylar and Peter to keep them from stopping Samuel, but Sylar and Peter defeat them and knock out the Prime. (The Wall), (Brave New World)
• Vanessa Wheeler -- Eli keeps Vanessa from leaving the carnival. (Close to You)
