Peyton Hinson is the actress who portrays the Burnt Toast Diner waitress in the episode Seven Minutes to Midnight.
About
Besides her role in Heroes, Peyton Hinson played a nurse for the episode Two in Twenty-Four (2006) of the television series What About Brian and an intern for the episode Something to Talk About (2005) of Grey's Anatomy.
She has also acted in film and theater. Peyton Hinson played "Jill" in the 2006 film Boy Culture. She has performed in theater roles for plays in New York including In a Darkened Theater, and in Los Angeles in Hair, Balm in Gilead and Twilight World. She has also performed many other regional theater roles in Seattle and St. Louis.
