Shishir Kurup is the American film and television actor who plays Nirand. He has appeared in a variety of television shows, more recently with recurring appearances in the television show Surface.
Shishir is also a founding member of the nationally-known Cornerstone Theatre Company, a group that promotes and develops new theatres in communities without them. Shishir is also a playwright and theatrical director.
