Detective Fuller is a police officer working for the NYPD.
Character History
Four Months Later
Detective Fuller administers a simulation of a hostage situation, apparently part of the NYPD Detectives’ Examination, to Matt Parkman. After Matt passes the exam with flying colors, Fuller awards Matt the position of Detective, and issues him a badge.
Lizards
Fuller and Matt arrive at the Deveaux rooftop to question Ando about Kaito Nakamura's death. Fuller briefs Matt on the crime telling him that Kaito fell from the building to the street below and had within his possession a portion of a photograph of himself with the symbol drawn on top. He informs Matt that Ando was a witness and that he saw Kaito being pushed off the building despite there being only one body found. Fuller continues and tells Matt that the photo had Angela Petrelli's fingerprint on it. Matt tells him that she should be brought in for questioning.
Later, he and Matt interview Angela. Fuller states that Angela is a major stockholder in Yamagato Industries, which has been doing poorly recently. Fuller escorts Matt out of the interrogation room when Matt, after reading her thoughts, persists on interrogating Angela when she asks for a lawyer. As he does so, Fuller informs Matt that she “cried uncle.”
The Kindness of Strangers
In a hospital in New York, Fuller witnesses and records Angela's confession to the murder of Kaito Nakamura. He later arrests Angela, escorting her out of the hospital in handcuffs.
