Notes
- Sylar does the opening narration for this episode, instead of Mohinder. This marks the first time that Sylar has said the opening narration. Mohinder still does the closing narration, though.

- In the Pinehearst scene Flint Jr. has at least one scar on his face in the shape of the symbol.
