Spoiler talk:Heroes
WTF?
Okay, who put in the theory section that "Impaired Hearing" would be a new ability? That just sounds dumb. Being hearing impaired is a thing in a real life, and it's not an ability. Super-Hiro
- Sound absorption (Agent): According to the agent, his body absorbs all sound waves, enabling him to be immune to all their effects. While he was immune against Echo's amplified sound waves, he is also permanently deaf, suggesting that he can't completely "turn off" his ability.
It is unknown as to whether the ability affects the agent's ability to speak. The agent communicates to Echo using an interpreter to translate his own sign language. While in the same room as the agent and Echo, the interpreter is able to use his voice to speak to Echo, so the agent's ability may not be able to affect other people's ability to communicate with each other.
According to an interview with Yule Caise, sound absorption also allows the agent to move and attack silently. -- Mike the Man-child!
- Sound absorption had that side-effect, but the actual impaired hearing in itself wasn't an ability
- Yeah, of course I knew that (but it may be evidence, of what her power is.) -- Mike the Man-child!
- Fair enough. But in that case, the theory is poorly worded. Super-Hiro
- Well whoever wrote it's misinformed, but we could reword it (so that it says Sound absorption, and also a side effect.) -- Mike the Man-child!

Plot Hole?
- I was wondering how was Peter able to shape shift into the Presidents form? He had never seen him (on-screen) and I swear there was literally no time for him to meet him and touch him. Can anyone shed any light on this? --Lolwut 16:05, 23 May 2009 (EDT)
- I always took that as Liam taking Nathan and Peter to the President off screen, doing a flash explanation of the situation. Even with the whole hunt going on, I think I'd rather have someone shapeshift in me in order to take down a serial killer who wants to become me than to just say it's nonsense. The Newest Spoiler - Tim Kring - June 1st ish!
The other "organization" could be the one from the Webisodes - destiny, I believe in the making of videos, the writers/directors say that this organization is not with the company. And it is this use of the word "organization" that makes me think this. Any thoughts?--Mc hammark 14:43, 2 June 2009 (EDT)
- I recall, in an interview, the writers suggested the organization may have altered Edward's ability to also allow creating electricity. Could this be the fascinating way the they're treating specials? - Josh (talk/contribs) 14:51, 2 June 2009 (EDT)

New cast members again
Shouldn't they be exposed on Spoiler:Heroes page? We already know that new cast members are Madeline Zima and Robert Knepper. --I think so I am
- Yes, they should. Feel free to upload pictures of them, or even create their articles. We also have another two additional new characters to be added as well. -- Tristan0709 talk 02:57, 5 June 2009 (EDT)
Leaked information
There's been some controversy over the source of the image of the episode 401 script, and other sites have been asked to take it down. Shouldn't we? - Josh (talk/contribs) 13:32, 4 June 2009 (EDT)
- No. --Action Figure 00:47, 5 June 2009 (EDT)
- I'm pretty sure Heroes wiki doesn't have a copy of the picture on their servers. The link in the spoilers page is to a Twitpic page. I think that is ok but we should consider removing themightyfoz as the source since the whole problem started because he didn't posted it. 9th wonders and others did it. Just a suggestion Jfjhong 00:48, 5 June 2009 (EDT)
- Foz DID post it. He just freaked because his job was on the line, but its passed now. But the pic is a link to Foz's twitpic account. He did it, and I follow him on twitter and SAW it from him. --Action Figure 09:56, 5 June 2009 (EDT)
- He says his Twitter account was hacked, and if his job was on the line, doesn't that mean NBC doesn't want us to see the image? - Josh (talk/contribs) 11:19, 5 June 2009 (EDT)

- A hacker didn't take the pic. It was taken on his blackberry in a series of photos showing his desk that he was specifically shooting to show his twitter followers. he even strategically placed the stuff in the pic.... come on. --Action Figure 21:36, 5 June 2009 (EDT)
- I'm not arguing that I saw that too. Even if you hack into someone's account there is no way you can get physical access to his desk. I guess we leave like that then. 9th wonders removed it because it is pretty controversial. Despite know it was him, IMHO we should change the source from TheMightyFoz to TheMightyFoz Twitter account Jfjhong 09:59, 6 June 2009 (EDT)

James Kyson Lee on Facebook
I don't know if anyone on here is friends with any of the cast on Facebook (I don't really like Twitter!), but on James's today he posted a status update that said "James Kyson Lee went in for fitting for the new season. How Hiro will get his full powers back and not almost die when he uses them
Nathan(Sylar) will start to discover new powers (sylar's powers) but to begin with use them for good. As he is good then he will use his fixing power to fix Hiro (like sylar did with Elle in Volume 3).... Discuss please.......:P
- Sylar fixed Elle's emotional problem by convincing her to forgive herself. Hiro's ability is broken because Arthur removed important parts of it. - Josh (talk/contribs) 17:37, 9 June 2009 (EDT)
- Well, Hiro is supposed to be going back in time for some reason. Maybe he's going to go back in time to the point when the formula existed and use it... that would be LAME, but it would make more sense than the Kensei sword giving him his powers back again. I'm joking of course, the writers wouldn't really do that, would they?--Gibbeynator 18:34, 9 June 2009 (EDT)

The February "Spoiler"
Sparrow Redhouse already made an appearance in "A Clear and Present Danger" --Iheartheroes
- ...which had actually already happened when the writers said she "will" appear on the show. They obviously hadn't come up with the Rebellion story yet, as they later confirmed that Micah alone was Rebel. - Josh (talk/contribs) 00:15, 28 June 2009 (EDT)
Theories
I'm not sure what some of these theories, such as "Peter only has shape-shifting." have to do with spoilers. Perhaps there should be some mechanism for specifying what spoiler a theory is based on.
While we're on the topic, what about a Spoiler:Theories page where spoiler-based theories can get the normal theory treatment? There are certainly plenty of theories to fill the page at this time. - Josh (talk/contribs) 16:10, 29 June 2009 (EDT)

Season Regular?
It says that Samuel will be season regular. What does that mean? Does that mean a main character or a supporting character?
So...
The writers are just stealing episode titles from Lost now, huh? Can't wait for the epic 2 part season finale, "The Constant" and "The Variable".--Gibbeynator 13:58, 8 August 2009 (EDT)
- Lost? Nope, they're clearly stealing the title from Criminal Minds (which used it last May). Of course Criminal Minds obviously stole it from Stargate Atlantis (which used it in November 07). Now SG:Atlantis DID steal it from Lost, of course (who'd used it in October 04). But then again, Lost had plainly stolen it from Justice League (Oct 03), who stole it from Buffy (Nov 01), who stole it from Law & Order (April 99). ... Or, maybe it's just a common phrase that several totally unrelated series all decided would make a good episode name, and nobody actually stole it from anybody else? Naah... that'd be too obvious. ;-) --Maelwys 10:34, 10 August 2009 (EDT)
- Well that explains Tabula Rasa, but how about One of Us, One of Them, or Orientation?
PS, I'm not REALLY being serious.--Gibbeynator 15:17, 11 August 2009 (EDT)
- I'm still waiting for the crossover episode when Sylar shows up on the Island and Mohinder is revealed to work for the DHARMA Initiative... --Yamawhata? 15:21, 11 August 2009 (EDT)
- Of course. Sylar really needs the ability to summon birds, or talk to dead people, or be immune to the rules of time travel.--Gibbeynator 19:28, 11 August 2009 (EDT)
- Lol, i was just thinking the same thing. Also, Lost had an episode called Homecoming and there's Collision as well.
So... Collision, Homecoming, One of Us, One of them (2 separate episodes on lost, but meh), orientation and tabula rasa have all been stolen from lost. Lol, next we'll have Live Together and Die Alone as 2 episodes TracyStraussFan 17:59, 13 August 2009 (EDT)
- No one stole any epsiode names from anyone. Names repeat on different shows. The names of the episodes are not copyright. No one stole anything from anyone. They could of looked at lost for title names, god knows but don't think that anyone stole from anything without evidence of the act.
Promo pics
Any idea if we're getting any new promo pics for this season? Cause they seem to be using the old ones, even the big one with Maya in it. I thought they might wanna change it up a bit, one with Sythan would be cool. TracyStraussFan 18:02, 13 August 2009 (EDT)

- Hey, just thought, with the return of Charlie (assumming that she appears in the episode "Once Upon a Time in Texas") she will be the new character with the longest gap between being seen. The one just now is Mohinder's landlord with 55 episodes of a gap, but with Charlie, I count that it will be around 58!!! --mc_hammark 08:19, 30 August 2009 (EDT)
- Doubt it, Charlie can be seen in Sylar's eyes when he is defeated at Kirby Plaza.
AltesUTC CH
- I suppose. On another note, Jackie (from Homecoming) is set to return as well. Maybe they'll meet or something like that. --mc_hammark 15:34, 3 September 2009 (EDT)
- It probably has to do with the Once Upon a Time in Texas episode, it's supposed to be about a timeline in which Hiro goes back in time and kills Sylar before he gets to Charlie, Jackie surviving would be an implication of that, since in the original timeline, she was killed after Charlie. Intuitive Empath - Talk - Contributions 15:48, 3 September 2009 (EDT)

- If that happens then everything changes. Everything. Nothing we have seen up until now will be true. Hiro would regain his powers. Arthur would still be dead. Adam would still be locked up. Linderman would be in charge of the Company. Peter would have his powers. Niki and DL would still be alive.
I'm starting to think that this would be much much better. Although HRG would still be a company man. Shame. --mc_hammark 15:51, 3 September 2009 (EDT)
- It probably will be just one or two episodes, my guess is that by killing Sylar something much worse will happen, cause as Angela Petrelli so wisely told us, "you don't screw with time". Then Hiro will see that the only way to set things right again will be letting things happen naturally, though my mind screams "PARADOX!!!" at the idea of how this will happen. Intuitive Empath - Talk - Contributions 16:06, 3 September 2009 (EDT)
- I think Sylar's not gonna die. Its either a flashback or going back in time. Like Episode:Villains, its the same stuff, but fill in gaps with other information....
Is Chapter 3 still called acceptance?
The info for Ink was released and its date is for the 28th, does than not make it chapter 3, and not four, or are they a double episode as well and they just haven't released Acceptance's info? --mc_hammark 14:25, 18 September 2009 (EDT)
- I was wandering about that too. I think that Ink is now chapter 3 but I'm not sure. One of the recent spoilers says that it was initially four but that it was changed. And then I looked at the Heroes page on wikipedia.org and it said that Ink was three. But this site still says four, so I'm not sure..~~ Iheartheroes 15:33, 18 September 2009 (EDT)
