Character History
Andy is a good-natured young man who works at the Burnt Toast Diner. He is engaged to marry Claire Bennet, whom he knows under the assumed name of "Sandra." He does not know about her past or her identity as an evolved human. He notices that Claire perks up whenever she sees the President on television and teases her about it, though she remarks that Nathan Petrelli is old enough to be her father. When Andy wonders if Claire is getting cold feet, she assures him that her feet are "very warm" and kisses him. Andy does not know that Mr. Bennet is Claire's adopted father, and refers to him only as "that creepy guy in glasses" whenever he visits the diner. Later, when Claire learns that her location has been compromised, she implores Andy to elope with her. Andy assures her that he will do anything for her, and leaves to pack his things. However, Claire is taken by Matt Parkman soon after Andy leaves.
