Russell B. McKenzie is a character actor who often portrays cops and paramedics. He is relatively new to Hollywood, and has appeared in bit roles on Chicago Hope and the film Very Bad Things. Russell also wrote, directed, starred in, and produced the short film The King, for which he won the "Best of Dances With Films" award.
