Summary

Peter and Nathan have a difference of values.
Sylar holds Noah, Claire, Angela, Meredith and others hostage at Primatech.
Ando, Daphne, and Matt figure out how to save Hiro.
Knox and Flint help Peter destroy Mohinder's Formula research lab.
Knox has a chilling experience in guarding Nathan.
Hiro and Daphne figure out how to fix their mistakes.
Meredith goes "nuclear" at Primatech.
The Formula solves Mohinder's problems.
In a conflict with Flint and Nathan, Peter decides he needs his power to save the people he loves.
Angela and Sylar have a heart-to-heart conversation.
Claire shows she can be a hero.
Nathan cannot condone Peter's hypocrisy.
Our new villain makes a decision to out our heroes to the government.
Sylar is stabbed.

Sylar does the opening narration for this episode, instead of Mohinder. This marks the first time that Sylar has said the opening narration. Mohinder still does the closing narration, though.

In the Pinehearst scene Flint Jr. has at least one scar on his face in the shape of the symbol.
