Episodes Written

  • Bryan created and produced Wonderfalls, which prominently features a small wax lion. This lion can be seen on Niki's nightstand in the Sanderses' home. (Better Halves)
  • After Bryan left Heroes, the creative team decided to name Detective Fuller in Bryan's honor.
  • In an episode of Pushing Daisies, there is a small reference to Heroes when a character says, "Maybe there's an eclipse and it goes away."
  • After the cancellation of Pushing Daisies, Bryan returned to Heroes. He helped produce "Fugitives", the fourth volume, and he wrote the episode Cold Snap. He wrote the role of Millie with former Pushing Daisies star Swoosie Kurtz in mind.
  • Bryan is an avid fan of Star Trek. His favorite series is Deep Space Nine and he's expressed his desire to create another TV series set in the same timeframe as the upcoming film directed by J.J. Abrams and starring Zachary Quinto as Spock. He plans for the proposed series to be set on a different starship than the Enterprise.
