Born Edwin Christian Schmidtke Jr., Ned graduated Beloit College of Wisconsin. After receiving numerous nominations for his various theatrical roles, Ned went on to broaden his filmography in many television shows including Medium, Numb3rs, Point Pleasant, Cold Case, Without a Trace. He's also had appearances in movies such as Accepted and Wedding Crashers as well as a few soap opreas, Passions and The Young and the Restless.
