Linda Tavara and her ability to absorb a person's aura, including their life force and, in the cases of evolved humans, their abilities, have been responsible for the deaths of several victims.

• Linda's informant -- After her informant believes Linda to be incompetent, Linda absorbs her aura, killing her. (Bounty Hunter)
• Various animals -- Being experimental with her newfound ability, Linda absorbs the auras of many animals and keeps the corpses in boxes in her room. (Moonlight Serenade)
• Ida May Walker -- Linda convinces Ida May that she's an angel and proceeds to kill her and absorb her ability. (Moonlight Serenade)
• Jason Welkes -- Having found a mechanic and a young girl for her informant, Linda decides to absorb the aura of her third target, Jason Welkes. (Bounty Hunter)
