Yes, i would have to agree, he must have some type of empathic or power absorbing ability, everything fits. i believe that he may have absorbed Rapid Cell Regeneration and imprinting permanently but cannot for whatever reason hold on to certain powers how else would he get back from the past, from the conversation it doesn't sound like the old man went with him, he either just waited (Rapid Cell Regeneration)or temporarily had Space Time Manipulation. |

Wikipedia.com said that Orientation will premire on September 7, 2009. Is that true? --Iheartheroes
It airs on September 21st, at least according to us. And I think we're accurate.--ERROR 09:46, 20 July 2009 (EDT)
Anyone know when this airs in the UK, the BBC site is useless for air dates :( --Fr0z3nB0nes 06:17, 13 September 2009 (EDT)
Peter's agile ability
Peter sort of thanked Dr. Suresh after talking about his job and using his ability for it. Does that mean he replicated it some how?--Catalyst · Talk · HL 22:21, 21 September 2009 (EDT)
- Yeah, also meaning that last season Mohinder's ability was misconstrued for super strength instead of just the cured version of his original ability--Anthony Gooch 22:24, 21 September 2009 (EDT)
- So what do we do? Draw back Mohinder's name from every Super strength list and have to update his page as well as his original powers page?...
- Well we don't really know how Peter got the power (if it is Mohinder's old power).--Catalyst · Talk · HL 22:32, 21 September 2009 (EDT)
- I think [Peter:"Being stronger, more agile, a little trick I picked up thanks to Dr. Suresh"] pretty much seals the deal on the fact he picked it up from Mohinder!--Anthony Gooch 22:38, 21 September 2009 (EDT)
- Well we don't really know how Peter got the power (if it is Mohinder's old power).--Catalyst · Talk · HL 22:32, 21 September 2009 (EDT)
Foreshadowing could prove to be ironic twist....
Did anyone else notice Gretchen....it slips my mind what she said verbatim...somethinng to the effct of: It keeps getting easier while she was playing guitar hero although she stated she never played, and how she had some humungo-sized forensics books and was using termanology out the wazoo...seems like she's a fast learner huh?...she kinda seems...hmm...what's the word I'm looking for....maybe intuitive? Ya see where I'm going with this...--Anthony Gooch 22:22, 21 September 2009 (EDT)
- I thought maybe a bigger memory.--Catalyst · Talk · HL 22:23, 21 September 2009 (EDT)
- Ok, I could see that too...but how ironic would it be for Claire to make friends with someone who shares the same power as her arch-nemisis, and for her to witness Gretchen become consumed by (that is, if she has it) the hunger Sylar has and watch her become little miss Sylarette!--Anthony Gooch 22:27, 21 September 2009 (EDT)
And what's with this Samuel chap...
Hmmm...let's talk abilities. Now, what chemical/substance is in not only earth/dirt but ink as well, and is present enought to the point where he can control it...petrol? carbon? lead?...just throwing some things out there!--Anthony Gooch 22:47, 21 September 2009 (EDT)
- possible... it seems improbable though, I mean he strangled a guy with it. kindly explain how you can strangle someone with a tiny layer of petrol. -Tsmarg
- I was thinking he was ANOTHER empath... since edgar told him he ran into one, and Samuel seems to have different abilities going on. --Action Figure 23:49, 21 September 2009 (EDT)
- Wait, then again if that were true he could just time travel himself... --Action Figure 23:49, 21 September 2009 (EDT)
- May be he did -- how did he return back? --Janrodrigo 08:41, 22 September 2009 (EDT)

One of the Best Episodes Ever
Honestly, everything about this episode/ Jump, Push, Fall was amazing. From the acting to the story development, everything was perfect. It's great to see actresses like Ali Larter and Hayden "come out of their shells" a bit. Ali has a much more important part in the show now (did I sense romance between her and HRG?), while Claire's part at college fits her perfectly. This is by far one of my favorite episode(s), and I am REALLY excited about the rest of the season. What about you guys? Dean 01:47, 22 September 2009 (EDT)
- Ditto! :) -- RyanGibsonStewart (talk) 01:58, 22 September 2009 (EDT)
- Hmm, In my opinion Orientation was great, Jump, Push, Fall however was just a standard Heroes type of episode. I think it might have done better if episode two was written by a different writer. Looking at Kring's work for 42 minutes is great, but close to one and a half hour is just to much. -- Smouvy 13:30, 22 September 2009 (GMT)
- I’m not sure if it was the new directorial style, the lack of Mohinder, or the fact that my friend—who happens to be a Heroes skeptic—kept calling me during the commercial breaks, but I became very uneasy about the two episodes. In fact, once they were over, I believe I began hyperventilating! However, before bed, I resolved that the only way I would find peace was to watch the episodes again, with an opened mind. They were much better the second time, and I am looking forward to seeing what Tim and the gang come up with for “Redemption.” Still, I am shocked at the absence of my favorite character—who I understand isn’t the most popular guy on the block—Mohinder. I am very disappointed that Greg Beeman and Allan Arkush will not be returning… I suppose it’s a prime example of a television show’s evolution. Oh well, Heroes will keep going on (for now, at least) and I, as a fan, am very pleased that it will do so. --Lynn Dolyn 12:53, 22 September 2009 (EDT)
- I think that with Orientation, Heroes started to orient itself to a new way. It felt as if it has a new style having too much potential.. just feeling that it requires few episodes may be less, so that the new style readily stands on its feet. Anyhow, it was wonderful and amazing and awesome. I agree with Lynn Dolyn however about Mohinder. And I'm hoping that he'll return as soon as possible. Peter
I'm a ****ing loser, I didn't watch the premiere *cries* does Peter have multiple abilities now, did his AR evolve?
AltesUTC CH
- Ha! You'll just have to wait to find out, won't you! :) Ah, I'm teasing. Yes, he has multiple abilities. He used Mohinder's ability, super speed, and possibly flight. -- RyanGibsonStewart (talk) 02:06, 22 September 2009 (EDT)
- OMG, I can't wait for this, I just saw that Ali has a bigger role which I love because she was AMZAING as Niki :) --IronyUTC CH 02:31, 22 September 2009 (EDT)
- No, he had Mohinder's ability, and then got super speed. - Josh (talk/contribs) 03:36, 22 September 2009 (EDT)
- Also, should we write here that he discarded shape shifting?
AltesUTC CH
- I was a little confused, he did seem to throw the speedster with a lot of force just AFTER I heard the characteristic "Mimic" sound. Either he had a momentary overlap, or he just threw the guy really fast. Fourletterfame 08:14, 22 September 2009 (EDT)

How can all these college kids be playing Guitar Hero 3, when it isn't even out yet?--Gibbeynator 07:06, 22 September 2009 (EDT)
it is out since oct.28 2007-- Datnymonster 8:03, September 2009 (EDT)
- You know, I'm not sure how the American system works, but I'm pretty sure college orientation is NOT the end of October.--Gibbeynator 08:06, 22 September 2009 (EDT)
Whose ability?
Did anyone e=besides me have trouble understanding where Samuel's ability ended and Lydia's began? --Laudo 08:13, 22 September 2009 (EDT)
- I think that's the point. -- RyanGibsonStewart (talk) 08:17, 22 September 2009 (EDT)
- I agree. --Janrodrigo 08:44, 22 September 2009 (EDT)
- Do we even know what Lydia's ability IS in the first place? It seems so... inconsistent between the show and the latest GN.--Gibbeynator 09:27, 22 September 2009 (EDT)
- Her power is empathy (but not empathic mimicry). That was confirmed by a writer. -- RyanGibsonStewart (talk) 10:53, 22 September 2009 (EDT)

sushi place
think the sushi place is gonna be the new "burnt toast diner" for this season? Both noah, angela and nathan/sylar were in it this episode alone! --mc_hammark 13:08, 22 September 2009 (EDT)

- Guys, I watched it from here. I think it's the first to publish it online, even before nbc. The quality isn't bad but it doesn't separate Orientation and Jump/Push/Fall from each other. --Janrodrigo 13:24, 22 September 2009 (EDT)
