The list

Of these "36" (43) persons, 21 are known to have died on the show. That leaves a mortality rate of 48.8%, roughly half of the list. Of the remaining 22 individuals, we've never met, and cannot guarantee the "safety" of 13 of them. Of the 9 confirmed survivors, 5 were seen amongst the 34 viewed on the list (Aswan, Murphy, Nakamura, Parkman, Nathan Petrelli), and 4 were only mentioned to be on the list (Bennet, Gray, Peter Petrelli, Walker).

Truth & Consequences
Telepathy Peter drinking water (that's Matt behind him, face out of camera). Matt attempted to use his power on him, with negative results. This site should have better images of it.
Fallout
I know, same picture. But Peter uses telepathy at the same time as Matt. Plus he enjoys this amazing Arrowhead Bottled Water (R), which is arguably more amazing.
Fallout
Peter reads minds, sans Matt in this ep. At some point. I guess.
Distractions
Mind battle!! Always fun
Powerless
Invisibility I know you and I can see him, and Peter can, but trust me, he's invisible. Hence why Peter is invisible while doing it. You're not invisible. Probably.
Godsend
Inviso-Fight! See it! Because I don't. Which is how it should be.
Godsend
The perfect hiding spot. As long as he remembers to move afterwards.
Unexpected
Aww... man. I hated Predator 2.
Four Months Ago...
Telekinesis Sylar plays a game of "catch the locker" with Peter. He doesn't know how to play yet.
Homecoming

Unexpected
Timestopping might've been easier.
Powerless
Space-time manipulation Remember how cool he was in this episode? I wonder what happened to that guy.
Collision
Future Hiro meet Peter. Peter meet Future Hiro. Or any Hiro for that matter.
Hiros
Peter stops time in an amazing display of whatchamacallit.
Unexpected
How come all the future guys come to (roughly) our time? It's supposed to be cool in the future
The Second Coming
Induced radioactivity Ted Sprague (the Caveman) is about to meet Peter...
The Hard Part
Peter's hands hurt. Worse than that stove you're about to touch.

How to Stop an Exploding Man
Peter's hands were a bit... toasty, after this.

Four Months Ago...
first used out of presence Peter hits some guy he could barely see with lightning. Glad it some thug and not a kid.
Four Months Later...
Peter destroys the fuse box. Electricians cry.
Powerless
Phasing D.L. in Kirby Plaza shortly after phasing out of the building with a few people. That and his bullet wounds makes him a tough guy.
How to Stop an Exploding Man
first used out of presence Peter uses phasing for the first time. Nothing like a jailbreak to hone one's unused powers.
Four Months Ago...
Peter uses phasing for the apparently first time. As far as he, and us at the time, know.
Lizards
Super speed In an alternate 2007, Peter witnesses a very quick agent.
