Chapter Fourteen -- Close to You Original Air Date: January 11, 2010 H.R.G. exposes Samuel's greatest weakness in an effort to stop him - Lisa Lackey, Dawn Olivieri and Elisabeth Rohm guest star H.R.G. (Jack Coleman) recruits Matt (Greg Grunberg) to help him take down Samuel (Robert Knepper), as they use his long-lost love, Vanessa (guest star Kate Vernon), to lure him to them, but Samuel has his own plans for Vanessa in the works. Meanwhile, Hiro (Masi Oka) and Ando (James Kyson Lee) go to extreme lengths to save Dr. Suresh (Sendhil Ramamurthy). Elsewhere, Peter's (Milo Ventimiglia) introduction of Emma (guest star Deanne Bray) to his mother (Cristine Rose) brings forth visions of a very grim future. Hayden Panettiere also stars. Chapter Fifteen -- Pass/Fail Original Air Date: January 18, 2010 The verdict of an unexpected trial could mean the end of Hiro - George Takei, Tamlyn Tomita, Madeline Zima, Dawn Olivieri and David Anders guest star Hiro's (Masi Oka) life hangs in the balance as his brain tumor worsens, prompting him to subconsciously deal with some of his past decisions. Meanwhile, Sylar (Zachary Quinto) pays Claire (Hayden Panettiere) an unexpected visit to get answers as to why he isn't quite himself. Elsewhere, Samuel's (Robert Knepper) plan to impress his long-lost love, Vanessa (guest star Kate Vernon), takes a terrifying turn. Jack Coleman, James Kyson Lee and Sendhil Ramamurthy also star. • While the new Company is being formed, Angela will have flashbacks of how the old company was formed, like how Kaito got involved with the Company or how Arthur and Angela met each other, and how they snuck it around Linderman, because 1961 portrays that Linderman and Angela met each other at Coyote Sands but War Buddies, Part 5 portrays that Arthur and Angela were married and had Nathan but Linderman and Arthur hadn't met each other.
