Theory Citations Notes
Molly is helping Rebel, and maybe part of the group, LAWR. None + LAWR has been revealed to be an annogram for the people who are involved names: A for Anna.
Sylar will kill Molly and take her power. None. + Molly's ability to "find people" (The Hard Part) would be incredibly useful to Sylar's storyline, allowing him to instantly find his evolved human victims.

+ In the dark future, Molly was turned over to Mr. Bennet. D.L. and Candice were also, and they were killed by Sylar, and Bennet may have thought Molly was dangerous because she knew where Claire was and presumed she would be killed if handed over to Matt. When Sylar killed Candice and D.L. Molly might have been with them and he would have taken her power.

- If Bennet thought Matt would use Molly to find Claire, he would hide her, not hand her over to Matt.
- Had future Sylar managed to gain Molly's powers he would not have needed Matt or anyone else to find Claire and would have acquired her abilities shortly after taking Molly's.

- Killing off a kid would be shocking and probably too controversial.

+ They killed Noah Gray.
- This only happened in an alternate future.

- Sylar has shown himself to have some heart and may not be able to go through with killing a child.

+ Sylar was going to kill Claire in Homecoming, and she was only 17 years old. This may also explain why he didn't kill her when he had her at FBI Headquarters, instead of trying to escape with her.
- Killing a teenager on the brink of legal adulthood is different from killing a small child... additionally, it could be reasonably inferred that Sylar places a higher value on Claire's power than Molly's.

- Sylar could have killed Molly at her house when he killed her father.

+ Perhaps Sylar did not know that Molly was there, or even that she had a power.
- Molly's name was in parentheses next to James Walker's on Sylar's list.
Molly will have a relationship with Micah. Molly looks at Micah with some obvious admiration in How to Stop an Exploding Man. + Both share the burden of being superpowered children.

+ They could be manipulated in a similar fashion as D.L. and Niki.
- They are in different cities.

+ Molly can find Micah anywhere he goes.
+ In the Heroes Universe, everyone is connected somehow. We always see them travel from place to place.
The Company attempted to use Molly to find Matt's father. Molly knows about the man who can see her when she uses her powers to find him (How to Stop an Exploding Man) + Molly would not know about Mr. Parkman's ability to see her unless she had a reason to look for him in the first place.

- Mr. Parkman could have entered Molly's nightmares himself.

+ Assuming that Mr. Parkman left the Company a long time ago, he would not know of Molly's existence unless she came looking for him first.
Molly's ability can only be used to find people. Maury Parkman is able to use her ability to enter her mind. + If Maury can enter Molly's mind through her ability, then her power probably works by finding human brains.

+ Molly's ability is to find people.
+ If Molly could find non-people, she should have been able to find Alejandro's body.

The Company gave Molly the Shanti virus. The company has been working with the virus for decades. + How else would she have contracted it?
It could have been a accident.

+ The company had been experimenting with the virus and intended to infect Monica Dawson to study its effects. (The Line) It could have been a similar experiment with Molly.
- According to Mr. Bennet, the Company was using Molly as a tracking system to locate "persons of interest" until she came down with the Shanti virus. It would make no sense to potentially damage a valuable piece of equipment when there are other evolved humans with much more financially worthless abilities to experiment on.

Molly will be able to use her ability to mentally send Matt a call for help. None. + Molly was able to establish a two-way telepathic connection with Maury Parkman when she tried to locate him with her ability. As Matt appears to be developing the same enhanced powers as Maury, it is possible she may be able to communicate with him over long distances using the same method.

Sprint could use this as advertisement for their wireless telecommunications network.

Molly has been sent to India to hide with Mrs. Suresh. None. + Mohinder told Maya that he'd sent Molly somewhere safe where no one would think to look for her. Very few people actually know where his mother lives in India.

+ The assignment tracker map confirmed Molly is in India.

Arthur found Molly and took her power. None. + Arthur can use telepathy to dig into Mohinder's mind and find where she is supposed to be.

+ Arthur seems to know exactly where people are, such as finding Hiro in Africa and in New York (even in a different time).

- Arthur sent Hiro to Usutu's hut before finding him there.
- Molly's ability has not been shown to be able to find out where someone was in the past.
- Arthur has all of Peter's abilities; Peter had been exposed to Molly's power.

- Molly is still able to use her ability in the exposed future.

+ So was Future Peter, and Arthur took Peter's power.
- The future was changed the moment Peter returned from it, with a power he didn't have in the original timeline. He then went to Pinehearst, something that due to the outcome it had, definitely didn't happen in the exposed future timeline.
+ The changed future could also cause Arthur to take Molly's power, for example, by giving him Peter's ability to teleport to India.
- Peter could have absorbed Molly's ability in How to Stop an Exploding Man; it would be pointless to find Molly after taking her ability from Peter.

+ Apparently a scene was filmed where Arthur does indeed steal Molly's power and uses it to locate Hiro and Claire in the past, but was not shown because it was deemed too "disturbing" according to the latest Behind the Eclipse.

- The writers said the unaired scene is not canonical.
Molly will be used by the government to find evolved humans, during Volume 4. None. + The government would certainly take advantage of her ability.

- Molly was sent to Madras, only Mohinder seems to know where she is.
+ Matt might bring her back since he plans to settle down with Daphne.
- Danko made it very clear that he will not work with any evolved human, regardless of their usefullness. (Cold Wars)

Molly is working with Rebel (Micah Sanders) in Volume 4. None. + Rebel would see the value of tracking people, especially if they somehow manage to stay completely out of his digital reach.

+ Micah and Molly have met, making it more likely that they would work together.
+ Rebel (Micah) always seems to know where people are and where they're going. If he was secretly working with Molly, who has the ability to find anyone anywhere, it would make sense how he has such vast knowledge of the whereabouts of other people.

+ Along with this, Micah did not seem to know that they were many agents waiting to capture him in Cold Snap, proving that he alone may not have the resources to know exactly where everyone is. Thus, it would take communication with Molly to know where people are, as Rebel has proved in the past to know.
