Paula Newsome is the American stage, film, and television actress who portrays Dr. Witherson.
About
Paula has appeared in number of television roles in a medical role, from Law & Order and Chicago Hope to the more recent ER and CSI. She had an uncredited role in Home Alone. In 2003, she had a recurring role as "Kathy Wolf" on the series The Lyon's Den, which was canceled at the half-season mark. Recently, she appeared as the "bereavement liaison", "Linda", in the hit independent film Little Miss Sunshine, and had a recurring role in the television show Women's Murder Club, as well as a role as "Dr. Callie Langer" on FlashForward. Following Heroes, Paula has appeared in the television shows Parenthood, The New Adventures of Old Christine, Navy NCIS: Naval Criminal Investigative Service, and Women's Murder Club. She also appeared in the films Things We Lost in the Fire and Reign Over Me.
Paula appeared in The New Adventures of Old Christine with fellow Heroes alum Stephen Tobolowsky and in FlashForward with Barry Shabaka Henley, Omid Abtahi, John Prosky, and Conroe Brooks.
