The Company is a covert organization whose mission is to track Specials, and to capture, contain, or rehabilitate the dangerous ones. It works under the cover company of Primatech Solutions, Inc., Intl., formerly Primatech Paper, Inc. Much of its funding is filtered through the budget of the defunct Office of Special Human Affairs of the U.S. Government.
Organization
The head of the Company is the Company Director. The Company Director supervises the Regional Directors and leads the Company.

Positions
Each regional office is run by a Regional Director. The Regional Director oversees the heads of each department.
The Investigation Department oversees the various field agents. The department is usually run by an Agent Supervisor, though the Regional Director may act in this capacity. Other employees of this department might be Agent Trainers, who train agents in martial arts and firearms, and Agent Coordinators, who run the Agent Arrangement Division by performing duties to prepare agents for missions, including preparing and cleaning firearms and creating false identities.
The Scientific Research Department acts as the Research & Development division of the regional office. Its employees study abilities and design specialty weapons for agents. The department is run by a Research Head and employs scientists and lab technicians.
The Medical Department acts as a hospital for injured agents and Specials. It is run by a Medical Head and employs medical professionals, a mix of doctors, nurses, and other medical personnel.
The Technology Department runs the Company's computer and network needs. It is run by a Technology Head and employs programmers and technicians.
The Human Resources Department performs duties involved in employment, including recruiting, hiring, firing, and payroll. The Human Resource Head runs the department and supervises counselors and HR officers.

The Company has four regional offices inside the continental United States, at least one in England, and possibly more in other countries.
Hartsdale
The Headquarters of the Company is housed in Hartsdale, New York. It is the largest department and has jurisdiction over the Northeastern United States and Canada.

History
Between 2007 and 2011, it had a brutal rivalry with the Pinehearst Company. The Company emerged victorious after the failed Hartsdale Offensive, the destruction of Pinehearst's headquarters, and lobotomy of its president. After Angela's reign, the Company continued to grow, receiving funds secretly from the U.S. Government, redistributed from the defunct Office of Special Human Affairs, which was abolished after the Epidemic, when the existence of Specials was again hidden from the public.
