Character History
Odessa
Originally living in Las Vegas, Damon had to flee with his mother when her ability manifested. Coming to Los Angeles, they found help in a priest who offered to relocate Damon and his mother to a safer place. Carlos agreed to let them travel to the harbor through the passage underneath Oscar's garage, and Damon left through it with his mother.
