Usutu uses his precognitive ability to create prophetic paintings on the sides of rocks.

Usutu paints the world splitting into two on a rock in Africa, where he lives.
This rock has two large murals. One depicts Matt Parkman, stalked by Sylar. The other appears to be Jessica pushing Matt out of the window of Ridgway Jewelry.
Matt finds Molly on the crime scene where her parents where killed by Sylar. (Don't Look Back)
Jessica throws Matt through a window during the deal with Malsky. (Run!)
Peter and Matt experience feedback from their telepathic abilities. (Fallout)
Matt is abducted by Mr. Bennet. (Collision)
Matt shoots Claire to fool Ted during his hostile invasion of the Bennets' home in Odessa. (Company Man)
In a possible future which Usutu says will no longer occur, Matt has a child with an unknown woman.
In a possible future, Matt holds a woman whose flesh appears to be burnt off her back.
Matt and Peter have a telepathic confrontation as Peter pins Hiro to the wall. (Powerless)
