Heroes Unmasked is a set of behind-the-scenes videos produced by BBC Two which give insight to the making of Heroes.

A New Dawn

Aired on July 25, 2007

• This episode introduced us to the characters and creators behind the show, as well as containing interviews and behind-the-scenes clips of filming from "How to Stop an Exploding Man."

Growing Pains

Aired on August 1, 2007

• This episode focused on Claire Bennet, and featured an interview with Hayden Panettiere on the set of the burning train wreck. It also offered behind-the-scenes action of the filming of that scene.

The Dreamer

Aired on August 8, 2007

• This episode centred around Peter Petrelli, and included an interview with Milo Ventimiglia, who talked about Peter's dreams, hopes and ambitions.

Hiro Worship

Aired on August 15, 2007

• This episode focused on Hiro Nakamura, and featured behind-the-scenes interviews with Masi Oka, James Kyson Lee, Milo Ventimiglia and Greg Grunberg. It was also explained how the time-freezing scenes are accomplished, with use of green-screen technology as well as the actor's miming to get the desired effect.

Painting the Future

Aired on August 22, 2007

• This episode focused on Isaac Mendez.

Interviews

• Heroes Unmasked has been able to gain exclusive interviews with many of the cast. In fact, the only person who has not yet appeared is Leonard Roberts (D.L.).
• The interviews mostly take place in Isaac's loft, although some have been done in a break from filming.
