Kay Foster is a supervising producer and a writer for the show Heroes.

Kay Foster has written for numerous television shows. She wrote thirteen episodes for Xena: Warrior Princess, and has written episodes for Kevin Hill and Hercules: The Legendary Journeys.

- Kay and Adam Armus met in 1991 in a sitcom-writing class at UCLA. They combined the scripts they were writing for the class, and have been writing partners ever since.
