Louis has made appearances in many television shows, frequently playing a police officer, though arguably his best-named credit is as the "Pissed Proctology Patient" in the musical short film Ringtone Blues. He has also appeared in ER, CSI: Miami, Medium, NYPD Blue, and Grounded for Life.
He appeared in Passions with Richard Steinmetz, in Judging Amy with Randall Bentley, in American Dreams with Matthew John Armstrong and Milo Ventimiglia, in Without a Trace with Alex Fernandez, and in episodes of Tim Kring's Crossing Jordan, including one directed by Allan Arkush.
