- Many of Jessica's victims — Niki's alter-ego killed many of her victims to protect Niki and her family. (Volume One)
- D.L. Hawkins — As a result of Niki running off to Los Angeles as Gina, D.L. gets into a scuffle with a skanky guy to Niki get back and the man kills him for it. (Four Months Ago...)

- Bob Bishop — Under the influence of an unknown personality, Niki attacks Bob before being tasered by Mohinder Suresh. She later attempts to kill Bob under the influence of Maury Parkman but injects herself with the Shanti Virus instead to stop herself. (Out of Time)
- Nathan Petrelli — In order to pay back the money she owes Linderman, Niki reluctantly agrees to seduce Nathan. However, when she gets to the point of actually sleeping with him, Niki can't do it and Jessica takes over. (Collision) After regaining control from Jessica, Niki later holds a gun on Nathan and warns him that Jessica has killed the FBI agents he's working with and asks him to take the gun and kill Linderman.
