René, also known as "The Haitian", has used his ability to affect memory, negate abilities, and knock people out with a touch on a number of victims.

Memory Erasure Victims

• Ashley - After seeing Claire regenerate, Noah gets René to wipe Ashley's memory of the event. (Shadowboxing)
• Lyle Bennet - After Lyle discovers Claire has an ability, René wipes his memory on the order of Noah.(Fallout)
