Synopsis
Unexpected begins with Ted receiving an instant message from Hana Gitelman, whose screename is Wireless. She speaks of them working together.
It then transitions to the home of the Bennet's where Mrs. Bennet does not recognize Claire. Claire calls for her brother who is on his way downstairs already. When Claire asks her mother if she reconizes Lyle her other suddenly regains her memory.
The next scene is in the house of Matt Parkman where he and his wife discuss Mohinder Suresh.
We then transition to a garage where we meet Dale. Sylar, aliased as Zane Taylor, displays his power. We learn that Dale has Enhanced Hearing.
The show transitions to Hiro who is still attempting to get out of the storage closet. He is released by Steve Gustavson who is looking for Hope.
Ted Sprague is seen in a cemetary leaving flowers for his wife. we see the grass around his strating to die.
Peter and Claude are seen sparring. Peter summons Sylar's telekinesis to break a pole held by Claude.
Isaac and Simone have a fight and Simone leaves angry.
Ando and Hope stop at a gas staion where Ando learns that Hope has been hoarding poker chips.
Sylar and Mohinder speak about a chemical inhibitor that restricts the use of ones power. Mohinder talks about Sylar, unbeknownst to him that he was talking actually talking about him.
Claire and Mrs. Bennet discuss her condition and halfway through their discussions Mrs. Bennet collapses in her kitchen.
Claude and Peter are attacked by Mr. Bennet and the Haitian. Claude is tasered by the Haitian while Peter stops the taser fired by Mr. Bennet in midair. Peter thenthrows Claude off the building and mimics Nathan's power and flies away with Claude.
Janice tells her husband that she went to get her ring resized and she is told that it is worth $40,000 dollars. He explains to her where he got the ring and the diamonds.
Simone propose to Nathan that he arrange a press conference to reveal to the general public teir powers.. He beleives that it would all be a disaster.
We then transition to a shootout between Hope and Gustavson and Hiro and Ando are in the middle of it. The gun duel ensues and Hope fires a gun in Hiro's face. He summons his power and reverses the gun's fire. Gustavson tackles hope and the police arrive. Hiro convinces Ando that Hope's gun had misfired

Mohinder and Sylar arive at the garage where find out that Sylar has killed Dale. Mohinder calls the police and Sylar tries to prevent him from calling the police.
Ando gets his wounds bandaged and offer to the keys of the Versa to Hiro. He urns them down and tells him to go home. Hiro boards a bus to travel away
Claire and Mr. Bennet argue about her well being and the house is infiltrated by Ted and Matt.
we then transition to a scene where Isaac is painting a picture of Peter. Peter appears in his studio and attacks Isaac. Peter displays his telekinetic powers and throws Isaac across his studio, Isaac threatens to shoot Peter and he disappears. A fight ensues and Simone appears. Isaac assume that she is peter and accidentally shoots her. She dies and the Episode ends.
