What do we do about Sylar's lineage?
Does Noah's word outrank Arthur's/Angela's? All seem to have equal motives to lie at this point. --Stevehim 22:12, 1 December 2008 (EST)
- I have no idea... I think it's best that we leave it the way it is for now, until more concrete evidence other than Noah's word comes into play. Plus, Peter is still apparently Gabriel's brother in the future. Finally, it's the word of Arthur and Angela against Noah... Sincerely, Thrashmeister [ U | T | C ] 22:23, 1 December 2008 (EST)
- Agree. Leave it alone for now. -- RyanGibsonStewart (talk) 23:09, 1 December 2008 (EST)
- can we put "Currently unknown"?--Anthony Gooch 23:15, 1 December 2008 (EST)
- I agree we should leave it the way it is for the moment, but wanted to broach the subject, as the canonicity is a tenuous matter. --Stevehim 23:31, 1 December 2008 (EST)

Lead image?
Not entirely sure what we should use for the lead image... using an eclipse again just seems wrong... I'm drawing a blank, anyone have any suggestions? Sincerely, Thrashmeister [ U | T | C ] 22:36, 1 December 2008 (EST)
- I'd suggest using the image of the eclipse going away, if that translates to a still image. It doesn't feel right having an image with no relation to the title.--Tim Thomason 22:47, 1 December 2008 (EST)
- Actually, I was thinking of something less obvious, but still along the same lines. For instance, maybe the shot of the light coming in the window and falling on Claire and Sandra. -- RyanGibsonStewart (talk) 23:10, 1 December 2008 (EST)
- What about the moment the sunlight hit Claire's face reviving her?--Anthony Gooch 23:15, 1 December 2008 (EST)

Best. Day. Ever.
- Since there is disagreement as to the format of the "Best. Day. Ever." quote, before it can be re-added to the memorable quotes there must be consensus on the format. It seems there is a disagreement as to whether it should only be attributed to Sam or both Sam and Hiro. Please discuss. (Admin 00:44, 2 December 2008 (EST))
- If it's spoken separately by two individuals at two different times, it should be listed as two separate quotes. Since the quotes are listed chronologically, they should be placed chronologically within the overall sequence. (They may be back to back, but even so they should be listed separately.) That seems consistent with previous usage, as far as I can tell. Listing one quote and two separate speakers is just confusing: it doesn't tell the readers when it was spoken, and almost makes it sound like it was spoken by both speakers simultaneously. Which... isn't the case, right? So I'd say it should be attributed to both, but it should be clear they said it on separate occasions. I'd also note the closed-captioning punctuation is Best-Day-Ever, but CC isn't always trustworthy... -- (Gadfly 00:55, 2 December 2008 (EST))

"Best. Day. Ever."
That is all. -- RyanGibsonStewart (talk) 01:02, 2 December 2008 (EST)
- Again, that doesn't make it clear to someone unfamiliar with the episode if they said it simultaneously, or at two separate times. And if it's spoken at two separate times, and given the existing format is to list all quotes chronologically, they should be separated to fit the existing format. -- (Gadfly 01:05, 2 December 2008 (EST))
- Anyhoo, do it however it needs to be done. I think that takes care of the synopsis and all the quotes I could come up with for tonight. Catch ya next week! -- (Gadfly 01:25, 2 December 2008 (EST))
maya
just wondering, for use on my cast changes subpages, what was Dania Ramirez credited as in this episode, having not seen it yet? was she regular, special guest, or uncredited? - Tristan0709 01:04, 2 December 2008 (EST)
- I believe she was listed at the beginning of the credits with all the other principal cast members. -- RyanGibsonStewart (talk) 01:11, 2 December 2008 (EST)
- Yup, she was credited in the regulars cast list. -- Gadfly 01:11, 2 December 2008 (EST)
- wow. that's kinda weird. we have maya, who appeared as background to other charcters in 5 out of the first seven episodes (cocoon wasn't really acting), then takes three episodes off, then appears as a regular again. on the opposite side, daphne has appeared in every episode except Villains, and practically drove the story in Dying of the Light. strange how things work. so would you think that, in terms of main cast, maya was removed from the regulars and brought back, or was a regular the whole time but didnt appear (like practically everyone in season 2) - Tristan0709 01:22, 2 December 2008 (EST)
- Yeah, that's the way things go sometimes. Maya may have been in more scenes that got deleted/edited out of the episodes before they aired.--MiamiVolts (talk) 01:37, 2 December 2008 (EST)

Review
Very cool episode. It was great to continue seeing Peter think for himself, and going back to the scene on the Deveaux rooftop was a nice touch. Also a couple nice surprises: 1) Looks like Nathan is going to the dark side, but it didn't take any bamboozling from Tracy for him to do so; also, Sylar killing Elle so easily was surprising...I expected her to put up a bit more of a fight (oh well).--MiamiVolts (talk) 01:37, 2 December 2008 (EST)
- But is Elle dead? The look on Sylar's face at the end of that scene seemed to indicated Sylar stopped because he realized what he was doing. Sort of like "What am I doing?" look because he looked surprised/shocked of what he was doing to Elle. At least that's what it looked like to me. --Dman dustin 02:08, 2 December 2008 (EST)
- I guess he could have stopped, but I got the impression he killed her.--MiamiVolts (talk) 02:16, 2 December 2008 (EST)
