Genesis

Precognitive dreaming	Peter Petrelli	Peter dreams he is going to jump off a building. At this point it was not known that this was indeed an ability.
Claire Bennet	Rapid cell regeneration	Claire was trying to kill herself by jumping off a abandoned building, she pushes her bones back into place and her ribs.
Hiro Nakamura	Space-time manipulation	Hiro was trying to prove to himself that he could stop time.
Claire Bennet	Rapid cell regeneration	Claire saves the day when she runs into a train wreck, her ability allowing her to escape uninjured.
Isaac Mendez	Precognition	There is no reason other than he was under the influence of drugs when he paints. However, his ability is unseen but Isaac tells his girlfriend he can paint the future.
Jessica Sanders	Enhanced strength	To protect her family. At this point it is an unseen ability and an unknown character.
Claire Bennet	Rapid cell regeneration	Claire's ring drops into the garbage disposal, she puts her hand in and it gets mangled.
Hiro Nakamura	Space-time manipulation	Hiro tried to stop time again but teleported into the future.
Nathan Petrelli	Flight	Nathan is walking down an alleyway when he looks up and spots his brother about to jump, he flies up to save him.

Don't Look Back

Isaac Mendez	Precognition	When he used drugs he automatically created future events as paintings. He created a 9th Wonders! book about Hiro's time travels.
Jessica Sanders	Enhanced strength	To protect her family. She kills two thugs by ripping them apart.
Claire Bennet	Rapid cell regeneration	Her neck was broken when Brody ran into her.
Matt Parkman	Telepathy	He has no control over his ability, as he automatically hears a little girl's thoughts.
Sylar	Telekinesis, Freezing	At a crime scene the aftermath of these abilities are shown.
Matt Parkman	Telepathy	He has no control over his ability, as he automatically hears agents thoughts.
Peter Petrelli	Flight	Peter unconsciously hovers above the ground when confronting his brother about him flying.
Hiro Nakamura	Space-time manipulation	He uses his ability to travel back to the present to change the future.

One Giant Leap

Matt Parkman	Telepathy	He uses his ability to prove to Audrey Hanson that he has an ability.
Hiro Nakamura	Space-time manipulation	Hiro stops time to save a little girl from being run over by a lorry.
Sylar	Telekinesis	Sylar pins an agent to a wall and then pushes Audrey and makes her point her gun at herself.
Matt Parkman	Telepathy	He reads the minds of a barman and other patron's.
The Haitian	Mental manipulation	The person is unknown at this point, but he uses his ability to stop Matt from reading his mind.
Isaac Mendez	Precognition	He looks at a picture he drew of Simone and Peter kissing, while we see they are doing exactly that at that particular moment.
Claire Bennet	Rapid cell regeneration	When a tree branch is removed from her head, she awakes on an autopsy table.

Collision

The Haitian	Mental manipulation	The Haitian blocks Matt's power as he is bound to a bed.
Matt Parkman	Telepathy	Matt manages to read Mr. Bennet's mind even with The Haitian there.
The Haitian	Mental manipulation	Another aspect to The Haitians ability becomes clear, as he erases Matt's memory.
Claire Bennet	Rapid cell regeneration	When she regains consciousness on the autopsy table, Claire puts he skin back so it heals.
Hiro Nakamura	Space-time manipulation	Hiro uses his ability to cheat at roulette.
Hiro Nakamura	Space-time manipulation	Hiro uses his ability to cheat at poker.
Isaac Mendez	Precognition	He is painting the future when high on heroin.
Future Hiro	Space-time manipulation	Future Hiro stops time to tell Peter a message.

Hiros

Hiro Nakamura (explosion future)	Space-time manipulation	He freezes time to talk to Peter then teleports back to the future.
Nathan Petrelli	Flight	Nathan flies away from The Haitian and Mr. Bennet and lands near a diner where Hiro sees him land.
Matt Parkman	Telepathy	Matt uses his ability to know exactly what his wife wants.
The Haitian	Mental manipulation	The Haitian erases Brody's memory.
Peter Petrelli	Precognition	Peter finishes a painting by Isaac.
Matt Parkman	Telepathy	Matt uses his ability to know exactly what his wife wants, ice cream, when he goes to buy some he hears the thoughts of a would be robber, he utilises his ability to stop the robber.
D.L. Hawkins	Phasing	Unseen at this point, D.L. phases into his home to see Niki.
Peter Petrelli	Precognition	Peter finished the painting showing the cheerleader being attacked.

Better Halves

D.L. Hawkins	Phasing	Unseen, D.L. puts his hand through a door to unlock it.
Jessica Sanders	Enhanced strength	Jessica uses her ability during a fight with D.L.
D.L. Hawkins	Phasing	D.L uses his ability during a fight with Jessica.
