At the request of Samuel, Damine attempted to wipe Hiro's mind. During the attempt, Hiro's mind got scrambled up into a fanboy soup. Confused and scared; he teleports from the carnival and lands in an outskirt of Miami. After confusedly helping to rescue a boy's lost dog, who he obviously mistakes as a Princess, Hiro happens upon a mental institution which he calls Arkham Asylum... The same Asylum he was looking for -- the same place he left Dr. Watson -- or should we say -- Doctor Mohinder Suresh!
