Adam Monroe??? WOW! Green.gif AltesUTC CH 05:27, 15 December 2009 (EST)

Yeah I didnt see that coming. At first I had no idea who that was because I couldnt see what his name tag said. But then I zoomed in.--Icefire227 05:44, 15 December 2009 (EST)

Well that explains how Adam was able to bring the Company together, he was there when it was formed.--Gibbeynator 07:53, 15 December 2009 (EST)

Thank you writers, for explaining this, and bringing Adam back! I can't wait for next week.--Ratclaws 09:14, 15 December 2009 (EST)

  • If it is 'Adam', and I think it's a safe assumption that's him at the end, I'm wondering also if we'll see what exactly he forced Arnold to do... and if we'll see any more of Adam's bloodline. Looks like a good series of novels to come. :)--MiamiVolts (talk) 14:00, 15 December 2009 (EST)

I don't quite get it

So, apparently Arnold has been living with this brain tumor for almost 50 years, and he's fine until he overdoes the time travel. Hiro has been living with his for a couple weeks, and he's just weeks away from death.--Gibbeynator 09:29, 15 December 2009 (EST)

  • We dont know when Arnold got the brain tumor. The reason Hiro got it was because he was bringing people with him when he time traveled. Arnold however hasn't shown that when he was younger. However, what did him in when he was older was sending Samuel back and time traveling with Charlie. --OutbackZack 10:38, 15 December 2009 (EST)

Doesn't it show Arnold as a young man just a year ago? I'm guessing either something happens to him to age him rapidly or he ends up being stuck in 1961 and having to live though every day up until the present day. --Jenx222 | U / T / C | <inlcudeonly>08:00, 7 January 2012 (EST) 10:46, 15 December 2009 (EST)

  • That's my guess. Perhaps someone (Arthur? Charles? Maury?) wipes his memory so he forgets where/when he came from. --Ricard Desi (t,c) 10:54, 15 December 2009 (EST)
    • Well, considering he just got bonked on the head by 'Monroe', he could easily have amnesia from just that bonk.--MiamiVolts (talk) 14:02, 15 December 2009 (EST)
      • I saw it more as Arnold had been living with the tumour when he was a young man, as Joseph pointed out. Then he goes to Coyote Sands, and somehow ends up aging into an old man, where the frailty of his body combined with the tumour killed him when he took Charlie away. As for how he aged so rapidly...that, we'll have to see. Swm 11:03, 16 December 2009 (EST)
        • Lydia told Joseph that he wasn't trapped in the past but was in the present, which means Arnold had to have aged all those years without being able to make it back to the present. We also saw him with respiratory breathing tubes in the tattoo of Lydia. And you can't get those over a couple of hours, since it would probably take tests and stuff. I think he does stay stuck in the past. And lives for 50 years.--Dman dustin 17:24, 16 December 2009 (EST)

Arnold's age

I love that Arnold was born relatively recently (let's say maybe in the 1970s, about 30 or 40 years ago), yet he's 48 years older than he should be. That's crazy! I never expected it! :) -- RyanGibsonStewart (talk) 11:00, 15 December 2009 (EST)

  • So many twists and turns, where are we going to go next! lol --Jenx222 | U / T / C | <inlcudeonly>08:00, 7 January 2012 (EST) 11:02, 15 December 2009 (EST)
    • Nothing quite as fun as saying Born: 1975. Died: 2009. Age: 70." :P --Ricard Desi (t,c) 11:22, 15 December 2009 (EST)
      • Yep :D Green.gif AltesUTC CH 07:27, 19 December 2009 (EST)
    • Yeah, that was a great reveal! I'm excited to read where this is going next. :)--MiamiVolts (talk) 13:53, 15 December 2009 (EST)

Getting Adam back

This may sound crazy, but what if something strange happends and it changes Adam's fate (I mean that he is still alive) -- Yoshi | Talk | Contributions 12:53, 15 December 2009 (EST)

  • Doubt it. Unless a paradox is caused. Cause that would most probably cancel out a lot of volume 3, change volume 4 and 5. --mc_hammark 13:31, 15 December 2009 (EST)
    • Yeah thats why it sounds crazy:P, mabye Hiro gets involved. Mabye i'm just finding a way for Adam to come back.-- Yoshi | Talk | Contributions 13:37, 15 December 2009 (EST)
      • Not unless his 10th bride has the ability to heal the dead. Which would be amazing as they could bring back all the awesome characters, linderman, usutu, maury etc... --mc_hammark 13:39, 15 December 2009 (EST)

How many parts??

Do you know how many parts will those graphic novels will have?? 3 or 4, I supposed... Gabrielense 13:18, 15 December 2009 (EST)

What this story arc must reveal

Add here what you believe should be shown in Bloodlines. Green.gif AltesUTC CH 13:28, 15 December 2009 (EST)

  1. Joseph's ability.
  2. Joseph and Samuel's mother's ability.
  3. More of Chandra's work at Coyote Sands.
  4. More of Angela, Alice, Bob, Charles Deveaux and Linderman.
  5. Other would-be carnies at Coyote Sands.
    • You're right, and btw a little bit of Josheph's ability is revealed in the latest iStory. I think he has mental manipulation.-- Yoshi | Talk | Contributions 13:30, 15 December 2009 (EST)
      • But then he would have been able to stop Samuel from killing him. Granted that also kills every theory of Joseph having the empath ability.--Gibbeynator 13:38, 15 December 2009 (EST)
        • Nope, Joseph didn't see the rock i think. but to be sure i'm going to check it out right now-- Yoshi | Talk | Contributions 13:39, 15 December 2009 (EST)
          • Not so, if he was an empath, and Damian's ability is mental manipulation (which it does seem to be) then it would make sense him having it. --mc_hammark 13:40, 15 December 2009 (EST)
            • He did see the rock coming but mabye Joseph thought that Samuel wans't going to kill him, or Samuel was too powerful. And btw René stated that he cannot give someone's memory back.-- Yoshi | Talk | Contributions 13:46, 15 December 2009 (EST)
              • René may not be able to give memories, but can take them away; whose to say that Damian can't take memories but give them; and both could have the ability blocking. --mc_hammark 13:59, 15 December 2009 (EST)

None of what I wanted was shown in Bloodlines, part 2. :'( Green.gif AltesUTC CH 07:58, 22 December 2009 (EST)

Samuel and Joseph's Father

Wouldnt it be cool if Arnold somehow got stuck in the past and he's really Samuel and Joseph's father. XD. daevon 00:18, 16 December 2009 (EST)

  • That would be a very cool (albeit paradoxical) twist, indeed! However, Arnold goes back to early 1961, when Joseph was already born, and Samuel was already conceived. -- RyanGibsonStewart (talk) 00:51, 16 December 2009 (EST)
    • It can't be 1961. The photo Arnold had was of a fully completed Coyote Sands camp, and it was taken in January. Arnold arrives while the camp is under construction, and he says that he's early.--Gibbeynator 08:52, 16 December 2009 (EST)
      • But it is 1961, otherwise the year over Arnold's head is incorrect. Green.gif AltesUTC CH 09:06, 16 December 2009 (EST)
        • There's a difference between January 1 and January 31. --Radicell 09:16, 16 December 2009 (EST)
          • Besides, Coyote Sands on the photo don't look complete. Green.gif AltesUTC CH 09:23, 16 December 2009 (EST)
            • These are the same people who accidentally skipped 3 years of show time. Of course the 1961 could be wrong.--Gibbeynator 09:27, 16 December 2009 (EST)
              • It's entirely possible Arnold thought he was in 1961 which explains the number over his head, but looking at the picture and the construction, he realized he was early, so the year could be wrong.--Dman dustin 17:29, 16 December 2009 (EST)

There is a chance. Arnold has a ability (Joseph and Samuel too), Samuel's dad is unkown, and Arnold is now old enough. However, i dont think that Arnold is the father of Joseph, Joseph stated that he wasn't from coyote sands but Samuel is.-- Yoshi | Talk | Contributions 17:39, 16 December 2009 (EST)

Arnold's task

What was arnold's reason for going back to 1961, or will we find out in the upcoming graphic novels? daevon 20:27, 16 December 2009 (EST)

  • I think he was supposed to find a way to control Samuel. Thats the only thing that makes sense.--Ratclaws 21:22, 16 December 2009 (EST)
    • Maybe Joseph wanted Arnold to kill Samuel.daevon 23:05, 16 December 2009 (EST)

Our new relationship ?

Huh ? Did Samuel tell Joseph he was having a relationship with Lydia ? Cauz I didn't get what he was talking about.--Kleith 09:18, 18 December 2009 (EST)

  • Got the same feeling... but when Lydia came to the carnival, she even then could feel that Samuel was a bad guy. Don't know if she could have a relationship with a man like that. Green.gif AltesUTC CH 12:43, 18 December 2009 (EST)
    • I thought that as well. Also it made me think that, Lydia might have joined around the then, due to the "new relationship" -- Leckie -- Talk 12:58, 18 December 2009 (EST)
      • But that makes things even more complicated : Joseph replies that he realized he needed Samuel's method after all. But that was an answer to "I thought you didn't approve our new relationship", which would imply Joseph didn't speak to Lydia anymore because he was disapointed in her behaviour ? But then again, why would Joseph's answer being about Samuel's method if it has anything to do with a real "relationship" ? As you stated, Lydia said she was good nearby Joseph and that she could see the darkness within Samuel. So that actually makes sense at all. Moreover, Lydia joined the carnival when she was very young, and created bonds with Edgar way before "last year" as seen in several GN and webisodes. I'm lost. If anyone knows what is going on, please, feel free to tell.--Kleith 21:57, 18 December 2009 (EST)
        • Guys, at least explain what you understood with that scene.--Kleith 07:15, 19 December 2009 (EST)
          • I thought the "new relationship" was samuel using his ability combined with her's. Joseph would have frowned on it because Samuel's ability would have been developing to realise that he could also control some ink. I wouldn't think that the two were in a relationship-relationship! --mc_hammark 13:48, 19 December 2009 (EST)
            • Thanks ! I'm not too sure about the "If Samuel knows he can control ink, he will destroy the world", it seems kinda far fetched. But I totally agree with the fact that a real relationship seems unlikely. But then again, I find theses sentences pretty ambiguous. --Kleith 18:37, 19 December 2009 (EST)
              • But the thing with the ink is more of a "Samuel:I can control ink, what else can I control? Joseph:Oh crap, is he going to go test out what else he can control?" kind of thing. --mc_hammark 18:39, 19 December 2009 (EST)
                • Yeah but since Joseph "didn't approve" and used ink, doesn't that mean Samuel already knew what he could do ?--Kleith 19:32, 19 December 2009 (EST)
                  • I'm suggesting that perhaps the relationship was rather recent and Samuel only developed this aspect recently as well, ie the above conversation happened before the events of the novel, and Joseph began to dissapprove then. --mc_hammark 06:40, 20 December 2009 (EST)
                      • It was pretty obvious that they were talking about their mixed abilities, and that Joseph didn´t approved it. I think it´s mostly because of Lydia than Samuel, like not wanting to test and explode her like that. And we all know how does Samuel uses Lydia´s ability.--Jmfdr91 16:27, 20 December 2009 (EST)--Jmfdr91 16:27, 20 December 2009 (EST)
