While blackmailed by Erica Kravid through his daughter and trying to save his daughter, Hachiro Otomo harmed or killed several people.

Richard Schwenkman — After finding Richard threatening his daughter, Emily Duval and Ren Shimosawa, Hachiro stabbed him through the back with a makeshift shiv, telling Richard that he would no longer use his work for evil and killing him. (Project Reborn)

Hiro Nakamura — After Hiro refused to aid Erica Kravid in her plans, Hachiro trapped him in the Eternal Fortress of Evernow. (June 13th, Part One)
Tommy Clark — On Erica's orders, Hachiro reluctantly trapped Tommy within the rebuilt Eternal Fortress of Evernow. (Company Woman)
