Notes

  • When asked if there is any real significance to Mr. Bennet's glasses, Tim Kring responded, "Because his character had very few lines in the pilot, and needed to be recognizable, we gave him a distinct pair of glasses. I also liked that they had a distinct early days of the CIA look to them. Very 'Company Man'."
  • Mr. Bennet's glasses are Demi-Amber/Gold Universal Univis Country Squire 2 glasses. The model of glasses is clearly visible along the inside of the earpiece in the Heroes prop display at San Diego Comic-Con 2007.

Trivia

  • According to Greg Beeman's blog, the over-the-shoulder point-of-view shots through Mr. Bennet's glasses started as "just a fun shot that occurred in the pilot and we try to have fun within the episodes. The directors try to out 'HRG' each other."
  • According to the NBC Auction page, the glasses are a "Universal brand glasses". Its model is a Country Squire and is "tortoise shell with gold accents".
