Amy Carlson

Amy Carlson

Amy Carlson is the Regional Director of Primatech New Orleans and the supervisor of Monica Dawson and Lyle Bennet. She is a humorless but competent boss. She is present after Xavier Daniau's death and later comforts Monica over Lyle's debilitating injuries. She is also present at the Hartsdale Offensive, bringing along her top agents.

Marty Ceppo

Marty Ceppo

Marty Ceppo is President Nathan Petrelli's chief of staff. He interrupts Nathan and his wife at the pool, showing him a simulation of the effects of the worldwide Special-caused natural disasters, which would result in an event much like the prophesied Broken Earth Cataclysm. He is present at all of President Petrelli's subsequent press conferences.

Archie Kang

Archie Kang

Archie Kang is a film student at CalArts, and Zach Kline's best friend and cameraman. He and Zach first show up after the Port Reyes Prison Breakout, doing a college film project. They were unaware of the deaths that had occurred there, and Archie throws up in the bushes after a body is brought out. Later, they are witnesses to the Ability Loss Epidemic, filming one of Micah's robots and then save Alex Woolsly after he nearly drowns in the ocean.

Zach Kline

Zach Kline

Zach Kline is a film student at CalArts, and Archie Kang's best friend. He and Archie first show up after the Port Reyes Prison Breakout, doing a college film project. He and Claire are re-acquainted, but he is quickly put off about how she has changed since they last knew each other. Later, they are witnesses to the Ability Loss Epidemic, filming one of Micah's robots and then save Alex Woolsly after he nearly drowns in the ocean. Zach and Claire repair their friendship, as they are on good terms by 2015. Zach joins the Company and is partnered with Piper Johanssen.

Sparrow Redhouse

Sparrow Redhouse

Sparrow Redhouse is a Special and an employee of the Company. She begins her career there as an agent paired with Audrey Hanson. Their first mission is to bag and tag Hugh Ogden, but Sparrow ends up badly injured in the fight that ensues. Though Audrey saves her, her shoulder is irreparably damaged. She is subsequently partnered with Victor Abano. The two work well together and soon romance blooms. She and Victor marry in 2015, with Audrey as her maid of honor. By 2029, Sparrow is the tough Regional Director of Hartsdale, in charge of the mission to take down the Sixers.

Usutu

Usutu

Usutu is a Special working for the U.S. government. Usutu has a warehouse studio in Silver Springs, Maryland, where he paints the future and sends photographs of his work to the government to work with. He has painted hundreds of images, all of which he stores on the walls of the warehouse. At one point, he gives a painting of an nuclear explosion in the Middle East to President Nathan Petrelli in person, and it appears that the disaster is averted as no other mention of the future event is made. He is later attacked in his studio by Barbara Zimmerman, an event which he forsees, but not in time to elude being knocked out. Barbara, however, is only interested in the previous painting, of Peter Petrelli visiting a monstrous human.

SSA David Braham

David Braham

SSA David Braham was a Special working as a Secret Service agent to President Nathan Petrelli. He punches through a locked, steel door on Claire Bennet's orders so that she can save him. He lost his ability during The Ability Loss Epidemic, and his ability was not returned by Peter, as he was not predisposed to abilities, but continued to work for Nathan. He presumably died when the Odessa Disaster destroyed Air Force One.

SSA Dalton Henry

SSA Dalton Henry was a Special working as a Secret Service agent to President Nathan Petrelli. Henry was a Seaman Apprentice with the U.S. Navy] before being inducted into the first squadron of the The Special Legion. He was the only survivor of his squadron at the Port Reyes Prison breakout, because he fled to the White House to warn President Petrelli of Sylar's return. He became a Secret Service Agent and protected Nathan Petrelli for the rest of his presidency. He presumably died when the Odessa Disaster destroyed Air Force One.

SSA Brian Lake was a Special working as a Secret Service agent to President Nathan Petrelli. Lake produced sound-damping white noise so that Nathan and Matt Parkman could have a private conversation. Despite having a nonviolent ability, he seemed to be a fully qualified agent capable of protecting the President. He lost his ability during The Ability Loss Epidemic, and his ability was not returned by Peter, as he was not predisposed to abilities, but continued to work for Nathan. He presumably died when the Odessa Disaster destroyed Air Force One.

SSA Sue Landers was a Special working as a Secret Service agent to President Nathan Petrelli. Landers was brought into replace SSA Renfrass as the Oval Office door guard after Barbara Zimmerman was able to convince him that she was the First Lady. Despite having a nonviolent ability, she seemed to be a fully qualified agent capable of protecting the President. She lost his ability during The Ability Loss Epidemic and her ability was returned by Peter, because she was a Natural, and she continued to work for Nathan. She presumably died when the Odessa Disaster destroyed Air Force One.

SSA Jaime Renfrass was a Special working as a Secret Service agent to President Nathan Petrelli. Renfrass was working as the Oval Office door guard but Barbara Zimmerman was able to convince him that she was the First Lady by distracting him with dirty thoughts, so Landers was brought into replace him. Though President Petrelli threatened to fire him, he was instead moved to general protection. He lost his ability during The Ability Loss Epidemic, and it was not returned by Peter, because he was not predispoed, but he continued to work for Nathan. He presumably died when the Odessa Disaster destroyed Air Force One.
