Eugene Pakowski is a dirty cop involved with Oscar Gutierrez's death.
Character History
Odessa
After the death of his brother, Carlos Gutierrez begins trying to find out how Oscar was set up. He sees the name "Pakowski" on Oscar's board of clues, and also reads Pakowski's in the newspaper. Carlos realizes that Pakowski lied about Oscar's murder, even going so far as to say that Oscar's murderer was raped. Carlos takes a visit to Eugene Pakowski, and surprises him by placing El Vengador's mask at Pakowski's doorstep. Carlos throws Pakowski to the ground and demands to know who told Pakowski to lie on the police report. Pakowski says, "He'll kill me!" but Carlos threatens to kill Pakowski first. Finally, Pakowski tells Carlos a name: "James Dearing."
