New "hero" Candice Wilmer (guest star Missy Peregrym) makes an illusive debut. Jack Coleman, Tawny Cypress, Noah Gray-Cabey, Greg Grunberg, Ali Larter, Hayden Panettiere and Milo Ventimiglia also star. Fan Theories

  • If any time is spent revisiting where we left Simone, Peter, and Isaac, we will learn that Peter's empathy coupled with Claire's regeneration gives him the ability to heal wounds.
  • An apparently alive Simone was actually an illusion created by Candice Willmer. If you look at the still in the trailer, Simone's real body is on the bed behind her.
  • Sylar attempts to use his patented telekinetic scalpel trick on Peter.
