Detective Evans works for the LAPD with James Dearing. Evans is a dirty cop.
Character History
Under the Mask
Officers Evans and Murphy assist James Dearing in interrogating Fiona about El Vengador's underground railroad. When Carlos interrupts them, Officer Evans pursues him.
The Lion's Den
In a Los Angeles police station, officers Evans and Murphy sit at their desks and open boxes containing the new E.P.I.C glasses. They put on the glasses and stand up just as Captain Dearing walks in front of them. To their surprise, they see that Dearing is an evo. Dearing punches Evans in the chest, but is shot with a tranquilizer by Murphy. Evans assists Murphy in restraining Dearing, and tells Dearing that he should have told them sooner. Evans and Murphy then drag him away.
In a car park, Evans and Murphy throw Dearing into the back of a police van and drive up a level. Evans stops the van when the front of it is hit by several flares. El Vengador suddenly punches through Evans's window, knocking him unconscious.
