| Yet again my laptop is broken, so I won't be on much at all for possibly near a week.I've decided a desktop is probably better, so as soon as I get one, I'll be back on. :)

If Season 5 is to be the last season of Heroes, many things must happen. Though these in turn may bring the show back up to a peak. We as fans have waited for (literally) years for answers to questions. What follows are the plans I think the writers of Heroes should take on board:
- Turn Hiro into the badass Hiro we saw in Five Years Gone
- Have HRG start up the new Company
- Give Peter his scar, and his original power back via a meeting with Matt Parkman Jr.
- Have Tracy continue on her "X-Men" like school
- Have Claire turn evil for a while
- Make Sylar the good guy
- Have Ando marry Kimiko, with all the Heroes at the wedding, along with someone with Mediumship so that all the deceased characters can be there too.

Here's how I think abilities are triggered.
In times of emotional stress or times of fear, an evolved human will develop an ability to help them in such a situation.
Examples
Nathan with his flight during the car crash; Becky and her invisibility when trying to hide from Noah; Maya's poison emission when she wanted to hurt people; Stephen Canfield when he wanted his neighbour to go away; Linderman's healing when he wanted to heal his mother's cancer; DL's phasing when he wanted to escape prison; Claire's RCR after hurting her hand; Rachel's teleportation when she needed to escape a falling beam; Donna Dunlap's telescopic vision when trying to read in the dark as a child.
For those whose abilities develop during an eclipse and other times, their ability developed reflects their personalities and their wants and daily needs.
Examples
Peter Petrelli wanted to emotionally help people, and developed empathic mimicry; Charlie Andrews was a waitress and was always taking note of orders, so her ability developed as enhanced memory; Niki Sanders wanted the strength to look after her son; Emma Coolidge is deaf and her ability first manifested as being able to see sounds; Arthur Petrelli always wanted to be the one in power, so he steals others' abilities; Santiago wanted to know where his life was going; Bob seems to be well educated and enjoy finer things in life, much like a rich person; Elle's personality could be described as shocking; Joseph wanted to keep his brother calm; Tracy was known as the ice queen because of her cold personality; Candice wanted to look different and wanted others to look different; Joe Macon's job was to write on a lot of paper, imprinting was useful for his job; Sylar was a watchmaker and his intuitive aptitude helped him understand their workings; Sue Landers worked in an office, lie detection would have helped her pick out liars in her office; Eric Doyle always wanted to be in control; James Martin wanted to be someone else; Hiro Nakamura wanted time to pass, so he gained STM; Daphne Millbrook couldn't walk, then was able to run with no problems; Matt Parkman wanted to know what others thought about him, and got telepathy; Alex Woolsly was a swimmer who developed underwater breathing.

Hiya, I'm Mark. I'm a massive fan of Heroes and started watching it since it began in the UK in 2007. As of February 14th 2010, I am a Heroes Wiki Patroller; Yatta.
I bought myself the Season 1 and Season 2 DVDs, most of the Heroes Magazines, the Saving Charlie Book, the first 2 Volumes of the Heroes Graphic Novel Books and a Hiro Nakamura t-shirt. I have recently got GIMP the photo manipulation software, so am beginning to create cool images like the one in my userbox.

Fan Fiction
Always wanting to know more about Heroes, I can't always wait until the next episode airs. During spare time I like to write my own fan fiction. Presently I am a writer for a fan fiction series about the Company, entitled Heroes:The Company which was originally created by Jenx222. My own fan fiction is entitled Untold Tales and will be launched in 2010. Presently, Volumes 1 and 2 have been planned and a third is most probably likely.
And with one slip of the finger, it could have been a totally different story!

I am a massive Heroes fan, and d'ya know what, I'm a Geek and I'm proud of it. Do you want to know why? Because if there are things like aliens out there, it's the Geeks who have watched all the movies and who know how to counter different kinds of attacks from them. Heroes Survival
