Notes
- The Iraq War that started in 2003 should not be confused with the Gulf War fought in Iraq that began in 1990 or the Gulf War between Iran and Iraq that began in 1980.
- Haram indicated he was a veteran of fighting in the Gulf, but he mentioned it in 1990--a long time before the Iraq War that started in 2003 (Golden Handshake, Part 2).
