Peter and Simone wake up together in Peter's bed. They discuss Simone's toast from the evening before. Peter starts to talk about Simone's relationship with Isaac when his doorbell rings. Peter answers the door to find Nathan, who is upset after being visited by a Dr. Suresh. Peter thinks Nathan is talking about Chandra Suresh. Nathan opens the door when Simone asks Peter where he keeps his mugs. Nathan offers Peter some money to go find answers and disappear for a while because he is becoming a liability. Peter refuses the money and closes the door on Nathan.
Simone has to leave to prepare for a show and Peter tells her to take her mug with her and bring it back that night. They talk about Simone's two year relationship with Isaac. Peter and Simone agree that they don't want a rebound relationship and decide to take their time.

Peter's mother, brother Nathan and his wife Heidi arrive at Peter's apartment. Peter is hosting a party to celebrate his graduation from nursing school. Nathan gives Peter a gift, ladies ten-and-a-half nursing shoes. Peter's mother tells him that his father is proud of him, but couldn't make it because he is meeting with Linderman in Atlantic City. Peter says that its ok he is not there, that he did it without his blessing anyway.
Nathan tells Peter that the DA wants him to prosecute Linderman. Peter reminds Nathan that it means he will also bring down their father. Nathan and Peter share a close moment and Heidi dances over to Nathan. Heidi asks Nathan to join her for a dance as Peter watches, smiling.
Later that night Peter wakes suddenly from a dream. His telephone begins to ring.
Nathan comes to Peter's apartment the next morning. Peter is dressed in a suit to give his deposition. Nathan tells Peter there won't be one because their father has died of a heart attack. Nathan tells Peter to take comfort that their father didn't know his sons were about to stab him in the back.
The Fix
Mohinder and Nathan look for Peter at his apartment. He is packing his bags, in preparation for his trip to the Nevada desert. Mohinder and Nathan try to stop Peter, but he runs out into the hallway where he is intercepted by Claude, and becomes invisible.
Unexpected
After being attacked by Mr. Bennet, Peter flies Claude to take care of him in his apartment. Claude gets upset at the events that transpired and leaves.
