Lulu is a teenager with the powers of Persuasion.

Character History

Genesis

Lulu is at a local Dallas club. He approaches a bartender and requests an alcoholic drink. When asked to present I.D., he responds, “I'd prefer it if you just gave me the drink.” When this tactic doesn't work, Lulu repeats himself. The bartender tells him to quit pestering him if he's under age. Baffled, Lulu heads to the restroom. While looking in a mirror, he catches a glimpse of a dark, mysterious man before passing out. When he wakes up, he is strapped to a table.

Don't Look Back

Seeing the man from the bar Lulu tells him to release him. A man in horned rimmed glasses appears and tells him that that tactic won't work with his partner here. Lulu struggles to get loose, but eventually getting frustrated, stops struggling. The man in the glasses introduces himself as Mr. Bennet. He tells Lulu that he has encountered people who can do what he does and has come to ask for Lulu's help. When Lulu refuses, Mr. Bennet reminds him of his situation. Lulu reluctantly agrees, saying life in Dallas wasn't quite as interesting anymore.

One Giant Leap

The next morning, Mr. Bennet shows Lulu his new Odessa residence. Pleased, Lulu thanks him and enters the house. He later gets a call from from Mr. Bennet who tells him that it's Lulu's duty to watch his daughter Claire, at a bonfire.

Later that night, Lulu goes to the bonfire, posing as one of the students. He speaks to Claire briefly before Brody approaches. Disregarding Mr. Bennet's wishes, Lulu wishes her to have a good time, commenting to himself that she'll have plenty of time to be responsible some other time.

When the bonfire endes, and Claire had not returned, Lulu goes to go find her. He only found Brody. Forcing Brody to answer him, he finds out Claire has been killed. Lulu panics and rushes to find Claire's body.

Collision

Exhausted and defeated, Lulu sits on the ground when he notices Claire running passed him. He stops her, astonished. Without a second thought, he tells her to get home as soon as possible. Lulu returns to the Primatech Paper Co. and he comes across Mr. Bennet who waves him over, saying that he was going to show Lulu what exactly The Company did. He follows Mr. Bennet to a medical facility to meet the Haitian and another man on a table. Lulu watches as the Haitian wipes his memory.

Later, Lulu travels with Mr. Bennet and the Haitian to Las Vegas. In a casino they go into the room to see a man and a woman sleeping together. Lulu assists the Haitian in collecting the man.

Hiros

While Mr. Bennet and the Haitian take Nathan to the parking lot, Mr. Bennet tells Lulu to head back to Odessa. Lulu obtains a car to drive back to Odessa with.

Hungry, Lulu stops at a diner to eat. As he approaches, he sees a Japanese man exiting in anger. He sits down near another japanese man who causes some commotion when a shirtless man enters. Recognizing this man, Lulu ponders why and how he is here and why Mr. Bennet let him go. He and the Japanese man leave together. Lulu gets his meal free and heads back to Odessa.

Better Halves

Back in Odessa, Lulu gets a call from Mr. Bennet. He tells Lulu to gather Hank and Lisa and brief them on their new assignment.

Nothing to Hide

Mr. Bennet approaches Lulu at work and tells him he's in for a treat. Lulu gets to meet and be partners with someone with the same ability he has. Mr. Bennet provides him with a number and tells him his partner will fill him in.

When Lulu calls the number, we reaches a girl who introduces herself as Eden. The two converse for a while, eventually with Eden telling Lulu that the two will be trying to clean up a drug addict who can paint the future. Lulu is skeptical at the idea but says it will be a pleasure to work with Eden.

Seven Minutes to Midnight

Eden and Isaac arrive and Lulu shows them to the room he has prepared for them. Eden thanks him and the two attempt to help Isaac clean up. Later in the day, Mr. Bennet arrives, attempting to speed up the matter. Taking a break, Lulu goes into the hall and runs into Claire, who asks where her father is. Lulu points her in the right direction. She thanks him and asks his name, commenting on the oddity of it. Lulu explains it's just the name he prefers rather than his given name.

Lulu then returns to Eden just in time to watch her whispering in Isaac's ear. Lulu consoles her on the matter, eventually calming her down. The two chat as they watch Isaac paint.

Homecoming

When Mr. Bennet arrives the next morning, Eden and Lulu are waiting for his opinion on his newest painting. Displeased, he sends the two to Union Wells High School to catch Sylar. The two wait in the woods surrounding the school for their chance. As they wait they talk more, and they both discuss their backgrounds. When Lulu learns Eden had killed her stepmother with her power, he apologies and tells her his parental situation isn't any better.

Later, Lulu receives a call from Mr. Bennet. He tells Lulu to search for Claire immediately, and for Eden to continue to try and capture Sylar. Lulu tells Eden to be careful, the two embrace, and Lulu heads for the school. Following commotion, Lulu finds a bloody man laying on the ground with Claire. Claire runs off, and Lulu pursues, eventually meeting up with Claire and Mr. Bennet.

Six Months Ago

Lulu is in Midland, TX driving in a car and a large sum of money he obtained. He stops in at a diner to get some free food. He is greeted by a red-headed waitress. After she gives him his bill, she goes to blow out her cake candles. When she returns, Lulu is gone and 500 dollars is sitting at his table. The waitress runs outside to catch the man who seemed to have forgot his money, but is stopped by a familiar man.

Fallout

At Union Wells High School Lulu surveys the scene for Mr. Bennet. When he returns he tells Mr. Bennet of the two FBI agents who think Peter is the culprit. Lulu returns to Primatech with Mr. Bennet to see Eden and Sylar. Later, Eden and Lulu discuss what to do with Sylar. When Eden seems to want to take matters into her own hands, Lulu tries to stop her, but his voice seems ineffective.

Eden walks with a gun in her hand. Lulu stops her and tells her he is developing feelings for her. Again, he unsuccessfully attempts to persuade her to listen to him. She tells Lulu she likes him too, but she has something she needs to do, and she would talk with him later. Downcast, Lulu sits down in the hallway.

Graphic Novel:Fathers and Daughters

After Mr. Bennet returns from his visit with Eden's father, he finds Lulu watching over Eden's body. Reluctantly, Mr. Bennet asks Lulu if he will dispose of Eden's body. Per Bennet's request, Lulu travels to Lake Ramsey and places her body in the lake. Lulu spends the night at the lake.

Godsend

Two weeks later, Lulu is relocated to New York by Mr. Bennet. He is given Eden's old apartment. From the apartment, Lulu gets a call from Mr. Bennet, and is told to monitor "people of interest" in the city, particularly the painter and Eden's old neighbor.

When an FBI agent visits Mohinder, Lulu listens from across the hall as they discuss The list and Sarah Ellis's suicide. Lulu leaves, to go rendezvous with Isaac to escort him to his apartment. During the meeting, Isaac thanks him for his and Eden's help. Lulu tells him that he'll be in New York for a while, and to call if he needs help with anything.

Later, when Mr. Bennet arrives at Mohinder's apartment, Lulu accompanies him to speak with Mohinder about Eden. When Mr. Bennet finishes, he leaves, reminding Lulu to keep tabs on the painter. After he leaves, Lulu approaches Mohinder, and lets him know a little more about what happened with Eden. When Mohinder queries about her ability, again, Lulu only responds, "Same thing that I do," and then leaves.

Lulu returns to Isaac's apartment to find him talking with Ando, Hiro and Simone. As the three leave the apartment, Lulu tells Isaac he just stopped in to say hello, and to see if he has painted anything new. Isaac informs Lulu that he has, and presents him a painting of Lulu looking upwards out a window with an orange glow on reflecting in the glass.

The Fix

Lulu is at a bus station when when something bumps into him that he cannot see. He turns around to see a group of people, and mumbles "Watch where you're going," to which several people step back. He then boards the bus and heads to his apartment. On his way up, he comes across Nathan Petrelli heading to Mohinder's apartment. He overhears the two speaking about Peter.

Distractions

Isaac calls Lulu because he is failing at painting a picture of Peter. Lulu arrives at Isaac's and gives his painting a looking over. A woman arrives and introduces herself to Lulu as Simone. She whispers to Lulu that she will handle it, and Lulu takes his leave.

When she gets downstairs, his phone rings. Mr. Bennet is at the other end, telling him that he needs Lulu's help in Odessa.

Run!

Lulu meets with Mr. Bennet and the two go to Sandra's doctor appointment. When the doctor looks baffled at the results, Lulu suggests that she is just having headaches.

Later, Lulu asks about Sylar. Mr. Bennet reluctantly fills him in. Infuriated, Lulu walks off.

Unexpected

Mr. Bennet tells Lulu that he is going to go see Isaac. Lulu fills him in on how Isaac is feeling that he isn't painting anything helpful. Mr. Bennet tells Lulu to watch after Sandra.

Lulu arrives at the Benent home. He greets Claire and introduces himself to Lyle and Sandra. Lulu offers to take Mr. Muggles for a walk, and asks if Claire will accompany him. She agrees. The two talk about Sandra, and Lulu tells her headaches are not her only problems. When Sandra collapses, Lulu tells Claire to call her father.

When Mr. Bennet arrives at the hospital, Lulu leads him to Sandra's room.

Company Man

Mr. Bennet arrives at Primatech with Matt and he informs Lulu of what is happening, and Lulu observes at Mr. Bennet and The Haitian argue, and Lulu travels to the Bennet house with Noah. When he enters the house, he tells Lulu to wait outside for his signal. Outside, Thompson arrives, but Lulu says nothing, waiting for Mr. Bennet's signal.

As the house sets on fire, Lulu watches as everyone emerges, and he watches as Claire regenerates in front of his eyes.

At the paper company, Lulu meets Candice and the two check on Ted.

Parasite

Lulu gets a call from Isaac who tells him Simone is dead, and asks to speak with Mr. Bennet. Lulu and Candice decide they need to inform Mr. Bennet on the matter.

In New York Lulu, Mr. Bennet and Candice head toward Isaac's apartment. When they arrive, Candice takes on the appearance of Simone and walks into the apartment. Shortly after, Mr. Bennet enters, as well. After a short commotion, Candice exits with a smirk on her face. Concerned for Isaac, Lulu enters and consoles Isaac after Mr. Bennet takes his leave.

In his apartment, he hears commotion across the hall. Curious, he goes into Mohinder's house to find a bloody Mohinder, an unconscious man and a man he already thought was dead, and [Chandra]]'s laptop destroyed. She helps Mohinder and is told they need to take Peter to his mother. Lulu agrees.

When the two arrive at Peter's mother's house, Lulu watches from the cab as Angela sends Mohinder away. Lulu pats Mohinder on the back, attempting to comfort him. Lulu gives Isaac a call, but when he doesn't answer, he shrugs it off.

Graphic Novel:The Death of Hana Gitelman, Part 1

Lulu goes to a a club. There, he meets a woman named Hana. After a dance, the two sit down at the bar and talk. Slightly intoxicated, and coaxed, Hana tells of her dislike for The Company and her connections with Mr. Bennet. Eventually she tells him of her mission to take down a company satellite. Lulu wishes her luck, and the two share a few more drunken dances. That night, Lulu consideres his roll in the Company and what his future plans are.

Five Years Gone

In the future Lulu works with Mr. Bennet to help harmless evolved humans, working closely with Hana Gitleman, whom he has a relationship with. After assigning a family with their new identities, Hana and Lulu get to work together.

Later, Matt arrives. He, Lulu and Hana struggle but Matt ends up shooting Lulu and Hana, killing both of them.

The Hard Part

Lulu calls Isaac again, and when he receives no answer, heads to his apartment. On his way he passes Hiro and Ando. Lulu asks if they've seen Isaac. Hiro tells Lulu that he has been killed by a very bad man. Horrified, Lulu rushes to Isaac's apartment. He arrives to find, as Hiro had said, Isaac dead and his brain removed. He knows it to be Sylar's methods and calls Mr. Bennet. The two have a lengthy conversation about Isaac, Sylar and The Company. When Lulu tells Mr. Bennet that he wants out, Mr. Bennet tells him that if he wants to quit, it's his own choice, but atleast help him in taking down the Walker tracking system, as a friend of his is taking out The Company's other tracking system. Lulu agrees, and is told to see Mohinder.

Lulu calls Mohinder, who is distressed about something. When Lulu offers his help, Mohinder is reluctant, but Lulu insists. Lulu meets Mohinder at the Kirby Plaza building, and is taken to see Molly. Deciding that killing a small girl was above him, he decides to help Mohinder in curing her illness.

Landslide

In the Kirby Plaza building, Lulu runs into Candice who asks for Lulu's help. Not seeing a problem, Lulu agrees and is asked to accompany her to see Micah and persuade him into helping if her bribe does not convince him to help. Fortunately, Lulu's assistance wasn't needed, and he watched as Candice and Micah travel to a polling place to alter the votes.

Lulu then goes to visit Molly who is with Mohinder and watches as she uses her ability. She tells them that her hero is in the building.

How to Stop an Exploding Man

Molly, Mohinder and Lulu meet Matt and Mr. Bennet. Matt says that Molly will be safe, as Mohinder and Mr. Bennet have their guns pointed at each other. Lulu orders them to stop acting stupid, and to put the guns down.

As Mohinder and Mr. Bennet drag Thompson's body, Mr. Bennet discusses how The Company used to stand for something, but is now corrupt. Mr. Bennet gets a call from his daughter about how Sylar has stuck again. When Mr. Bennet and Matt leave, Lulu departs as well, determined that it is his responsibility to help in the downfall of Sylar.

Running through the building Lulu hears struggling and follows it, to assist. He finds a woman fighting with herself. He watches as the woman sends her clone flying causing the illusion to fade. Lulu waves Niki and Micah over to lead them to the others. When they find Mohinder, Molly and D.L., he is left behind as Niki and Mohinder rush to D.L.'s aid.

As the group heads into the elevator, Lulu starts to follow when he sees guards coming. Lulu signals for them to continue without him. As the guards approach they raise their weapons, and Lulu tell them to put their guns down and go to sleep asleep. As they sluggishly fall to the floor, Lulu sees a glow out the window. Lulu rushes to the window to see a group of people gathered below at the plaza. He watches, unable to assist any more as Nathan and Peter soar past the window into the sky, eventually to explode.

Powers

Lulu has the ability to vocally command people.

He has demonstrated than when trying to use this ability on an individual with the same ability, his voice hold no more effect than that of a normal human. (Fallout)
