July
- 7/1 -- NEW! Jason Badower reveals on his blog that in his recent set visit Friday, June 27, he saw filmed a scene with actors/actresses Hayden, Zach and Jack together on set that could have big implications. Masi Oka's June 19th confirmation that four episodes have been completed puts this scene in episode 5 or later.
- 7/1 -- NEW! Aron and Joe reveal several spoilers in CBR's Behind the Eclipse:
- Season Three will pick "up right from the moment Nathan is shot. Well, actually...a few moments before. Well, technically, four years in the future. But that’s only until... Suffice it to say, you will learn who shot Nathan Petrelli from the proverbial get go".
- Isaac's "sketchbook will indeed [re-]appear (pay attention around episodes 9, 10 and 11 this season) - and we will also meet a new artist, soon enough. Whose style is somewhat familiar. And who has a very familiar subject."
- Arthur Petrelli will appear in a flashback by Episode #8 of Season Three.
- Aron and Joe also discuss the evolution of Peter's character: "We all know that “With great power comes great responsibility.” “But we also know that “Absolute power corrupts absolutely.” So basically Peter will find himself torn between these two platitudes. It’s Lord Acton vs Stan Lee in a battle for the ages. So stay tuned."
- And regarding Meredith Gordon's return, Aron and Joe write: "You want Meredith Gordon back? Really? What would we do with her? Bring her back so Claire can bond with her biological mom about having powers while she pushes her own mother aside - because of their biological difference? Where’s the drama there? (and in case you don’t get sarcasm, stay tuned)"

- 6/30 -- Kristin of E! Online says about Ali Larter: Ali is definitely still a part of Heroes. Niki Sanders, not so much, but Ali will stick around and conjure up a whole new personality we haven't yet seen before Season Three: Tracy Strauss. (Something tells me she'll be hot, blond and look like that chick who once wore a whipped-cream bikini for Dawson Leery.) Also, Matt Parkman is going to end up in the desert with a horse with no name... and a tortoise. Believe it or not, I'm serious about the desert and the tortoise part. Matt's storyline is about to get über-trippy!
- 6/30 -- Kristin of E! Online interviews Greg Grunberg, Dania Ramirez and new Heroes bad girl Brea Grant. Kristin asks for hints about their characters. Dania says that Maya will take off her crucifix and be on a different note this season, and Greg says that for his character, the tortoise always wins.
- 6/23 -- According to Kristin of E! Online's spoiler chat, Kristen Bell is still only confirmed for 5 episodes this season, but Cristine Rose will be a new regular. Also, Kristin notes that the San Diego Comi-Con will have just a sneak peak (not the full premiere), and that Sylar is going to start working with Mr. Bennet and share loads of screen time with him.
- 6/23 -- TheBadandUgly.com has more set pictures of future Peter, including a shot of what looks like present and future Peter confronting each other (Peter squared?).
- 6/22 -- JustJared.com confirms with set photos that future Peter (with the scar) and future Claire (with dark brown hair) will return in an early episode of Season Three. Some of the photos show future Claire holding and firing a gun, and in others future Peter dons what looks to be an arm-covering for shooting a phasing effect.
- 6/20 -- Heroes Television has a photo of a mural that was painted for shooting of Season 3 in downtown Los Angeles. The mural is a representation of an exploding earth. The scene they are shooting will involve a car chase and “exterior semi-automatic gunfire.” They will also be shooting some exterior dialog scenes. No word on which cast members might be involved in the scenes, but it definitely sounds like some excitement is going down in the upcoming season.
- 6/16 -- In a video segment of E! Online's Watch with Kristin Show, Kristin dishes that Sylar's heart may actually grow a few sizes in Season Three. She elaborates that he will "do some surprising good-guy stuff and will have a surprising connection to a good-guy character [we] already know."
- 6/16 -- Kristin of E! Online claims "Claire is not the only character on the show who is adopted. And the next adoption twist is perhaps my favorite twist ever on this show. You know how sometimes those silly promo guys say things like 'It will change everything?' Well this one actually will."
- 6/16 -- E! Online's Kristin also confirms that Monica and Nana Dawson will return in the first few episodes, during which time their plot will remain in New Orleans and be centered around their relationship with Micah. Kristin also adds that she isn't positive, but believes West is likely to be gone for the time being.
- 6/16 -- Newsarama tells us that William Katt, who played Ralph Hinkley on Greatest American Hero will be making an appearance on Heroes. "I just filmed it last week," Katt says of his Heroes appearance. "I play a really, really wonderful, seedy, smarmy-mouthed reporter that goes after Ali Larter. It was a lot of fun." Katt said he worked almost exclusively with Ali Larter. "She hogged me. She wanted me all to herself," he jokes. Katt teases in the article that "he has the power of persuasion," but the article claims the character doesn't have powers.
- 6/16 -- An Oct '07 interview with Shalim Ortiz reveals that his character might return next season. "We’re in the talks. It’s not written in stone yet, but yeah, sure. I’m very good friends with the executive producers, so hopefully we’ll be able to figure something out." Seeing as this was before the strike, scripts could've been changed and Alejandro may remain dead.
- 6/13 -- SpoilerTV has revealed a casting call for episodes 3.05 and 3.06:

There will be some shocking alliances and the appearance of at least one long-lost relative.

- Hiro inherited his father's company and is not happy about this.
- Anyone can be a Villain, in each of us there is a Villain and a hero, it all depends on the party which manifests itself first. So you never know, but it would take something significant for Hiro to turn bad.
