Under the employ of Renautas, Phoebe both suppressed the powers of and harmed a lot of people.

Direct Kills

• Quentin Frady -- After Quentin distracted her to allow Miko Otomo to rescue Hiro Nakamura from Evernow, Phoebe sent tendrils of darkness down his throat, fatally wounding him before Noah Bennet subdued her. Quentin died shortly afterwards. (Game Over) After Noah altered time slightly, Quentin was no longer killed by Phoebe and instead was working with her. (June 13th, Part Two, Sundae, Bloody Sundae)

Indirect Kills

• 2,343 people at the Odessa Unity Summit -- Under the command of Erica Kravid, Phoebe suppressed the powers of every evo at the summit, preventing them from using their powers to escape and allowing Harris to blow up the summit and kill everyone. (June 13th, Part One)
  • Dennis Collins -- Died in the summit bombing shortly after Phoebe suppressed everyone's powers. (June 13th, Part One)

• Rob Brewer -- When a pro-evo rally at South Western College gets out of hand, Phoebe inadvertently suppresses the powers of every evo at the rally, including Rob. (Dark Matters, Part 3)

• All evos at the Odessa Unity Summit -- On the orders of Erica Kravid, Phoebe creates a massive cloud of darkness that suppresses the powers of every evo at the summit. (June 13th, Part One)
  • Mohinder Suresh -- When Phoebe's darkness covers the summit, Mohinder's powers are shown to be suppressed. (June 13th, Part One)
  • Mick the Ice Guy -- When Phoebe's darkness covers the summit, Mick's powers are shown to be suppressed. (June 13th, Part One)
  • Future Hiro Nakamura -- As Hiro attempts to return to the present, he discovers his powers blocked by Phoebe shortly before the summit explosion. (June 13th, Part One)
• Malina -- In Canada, Phoebe suppresses the powers of Malina to keep her from fighting back. (The Lion's Den) Working with two Harris clones and her brother, Phoebe tracks down Malina on her way to Midian, Colorado and sends tendrils of darkness at her again to suppress her powers. Malina is temporarily able to blow back Phoebe's darkness, but fails to stop her. Phoebe is later knocked out by Luke Collins, ending her suppression of Malina's powers. (Send in the Clones) In the Odessa Clock Tower, Phoebe uses her darkness once more to suppress Malina's power and attempt to crush her to death, forcing Quentin to kill Phoebe to stop her. (Project Reborn)
• Farah Nazan -- While chasing Farah and Malina, Phoebe suppresses Farah's invisibility as well as Malina's powers. (The Lion's Den)
• Miko Otomo -- To keep Miko Otomo from teleporting into Evernow to free Hiro Nakamura, Phoebe suppresses her powers. However, Quentin breaks her concentration, allowing Miko to enter Evernow. (Game Over)
• Tommy Clark -- In St. Peter's Hospital, Phoebe suppresses Tommy's powers so he can't escape when she and Quentin capture him for Erica Kravid. Following his capture, she continues to suppress his powers as he talks to Erica. (Sundae, Bloody Sundae) Phoebe stops suppressing Tommy's powers long enough for him to transport Phoebe, Quentin and Erica into the future to Gateway, but resumes suppression afterwards so Tommy can't escape until Erica gains his trust. Erica later has Tommy send Phoebe and Quentin back to the present, ending Phoebe's suppression of Tommy. (11:53 to Odessa)
• Luke Collins -- Outside a cornfield, Phoebe, Quentin and two Harris clones confront Luke and Malina. Phoebe suppresses both of their powers, but is eventually knocked out by Luke, restoring his ability. (Send in the Clones)
