Interesting page. It got me to thinking about how many abilities may be gone already. Even though, technically, things like empathic mimicry are stil around because of a future Peter, assuming we only focus on the present for the most part (and I didn't check Chandra's files or the AT map to see if there were any possible others), we have the folowing being gone (in addition to what you have already):
