| Does it take a monster to stop monsters? |
| The man called Red Eye was determined to get revenge against the Kill Squad for all the pain they had caused him. He even went as far as kidnapping Anna, a young girl with powers of her own to help him. Over time, they came to know one another as more than captor and hostage, but that didn't mean the end of Red Eye's vendetta against the Kill Squad... |
Summary
Anna is horrified by the bodies of Sean Fallon, Tom Drake, Lloyd Collins and Joseph Gallagher as she and Ricardo Silva survey the carnage.
Earlier, she witnesses the Kill Squad torture Ricardo while she is restrained. Despite being kidnapped by Ricardo in an attempt to take down the Kill Squad and her personal promises that she would never use her ability again, she activates it against her captors. To her surprise, Ricardo then activates his ability to bring about primal rage, which instigates a fight among the Kill Squad members. While Sean, Tom and Joseph are engaged in a brawl, Lloyd takes the opportunity to shoot Tom in the back. Sean then draws his own weapon and fires several shots into Lloyd's chest. Joseph takes the opportunity to shoot Sean in the head, only to be downed by Ricardo with a nearby rock.
Presently, Anna lashes out in horror as Ricardo attempts to get her attention. She angrily tells Ricardo to look at what he made her do. He then refutes that they were going to kill them, but Anna accuses that Ricardo only wanted her to help kill the Kill Squad all along. She calls him a monster, then runs away tearfully, declaring that so is she.
